Man. All these bulky Cap helmet designs remind me of this guy:
DennisNedry - 12/20/2012, 11:32 PM
They pretty much stuck with Park's designs. I wonder if any of the depictions of the agents were intended for Coulson.
TheFirstAvenger97 - 12/20/2012, 11:33 PM
Bible man lol
superpooper - 12/20/2012, 11:33 PM
That's pretty much what we got for the most part. I don't think the Cap photo looks any better than the final version, since doesn't address the main problem which is that goofy helmet.
DrHorrible - 12/20/2012, 11:33 PM
These all look pretty damn cool. Why in the hell wouldn't they use some of these? Like the Cap design, one of the Widow designs, the Hawkeye design. So much cool looking stuff here.
JCortez7 - 12/20/2012, 11:34 PM
@santoanderson who in the world is that guy?

It's funny how most of the times, the concept designs not used look much better than the final choice.
EagleEye21 - 12/20/2012, 11:41 PM
@JCortez7- he was a straight to video christian superhero back in the 90s
ScabbyJ - 12/20/2012, 11:41 PM
Holy shit I forgot about Bible Man

D@mn, @DCMarvelFreshman. Nice find here, dude. ;)

As for those designs, I really love the S.H.I.E.L.D. uniform deisgns. It looks much better than what they already have for the agents. Not that it was horrible, but they could've put in a bit more to make it resemble that concept art. Really amazing. As for Captain America's design, I think that they should've added a bit more of the red and white stripes around the abdomen area. I don't like how they have that cut off with the white and the blue above that red-white stripe design. But besides that, I think this would've been great if they had used it in the film. But I still think they should've gone with this design for Cap's suit in the film....

(The one on the left is a much better design, IMO)

But I'm not disappointed with the final product. As for Hawkeye's, I have no complaints about it. All I will say that it is BAD@$$. That is it. For Black Widow, that second design for her suit would've been pretty sic to see on screen. :)

Looks f***in awesome. Cap looks pretty good. Glad they didn't go with that look for Black Widow. The last thing we needed was MORE blue energy effects.
WildCard12 - 12/21/2012, 12:15 AM
Black widow is one of the best parts of the avengers cuz of her sexiness.
NostalgicYouth - 12/21/2012, 12:19 AM
Man that concept art is just spectacular, Marvel always has good concept artist working on their films.
mgeoff88 - 12/21/2012, 12:31 AM
That's amazing artwork! I hope Cap gets a new suit similar to that in CA:TWS. Especially the helmet!

@TheAmazingSpidey I take that back! The suit to the right in the picture is what I want to see.
jimoakley666 - 12/21/2012, 12:40 AM
That top Cap design is very cool. I'd like to see that in a sequel. I think he needs his ears showing and mostly white on his arms. There was too much blue on the Avengers suit. The one from TFA was a really good balance in my eyes.
JDUKE25 - 12/21/2012, 12:44 AM
I want Cap's ears exposed in his new suit. He looks so freakin dorky and dumb with his ears covered. They say it's to protect his ears in battle. That BS. Hawkeye didn't have anything protecting his ears, Black Widow didn't have anything protecting her fine, delicate ears. He looks better and more like Cap with his ears exposed.

I like Cap and I liked Evans in TFA but for some reason I didn't care for him in Avengers. I hope Cap is better in TWS and Avengers 2.
Orphix - 12/21/2012, 12:47 AM
I guess this artwork confirms that The Other is actually Cython - or at least based on him.
CorronZenith30 - 12/21/2012, 12:56 AM
Those Thor concepts are sweet.. High five

Jollem - 12/21/2012, 1:18 AM
cap needs his cute lil' ears stickin' out

and scale-mail

maybe a star on the back
MrDonut - 12/21/2012, 1:47 AM
The 2nd Thor suit looks epic, seriously that needs to be used somewhere down the line; looks like a perfect mix of Ultimate and 616 Marvel...

As for Cap's suit, the ones TheAmazingSpidey63 posted looks pretty sweet; my only real gripe with the suit though was the belt should've matched the gloves, just to break up the colours a bit more; way too much blue...
pepe - 12/21/2012, 1:53 AM
@TheAmazingSpidey63:

Agree with`ya!!! One on da left is the one!!!
GUNSMITH - 12/21/2012, 3:07 AM
WEDON...WEDON..CAPTAIN AMERICAS HELMET LOOKS DERPY....DERPY....DERPY. CAPTAIN AMERICA DONT NEED A DANG HELMET HE'S A SUPER SOLDIER WITH A HUGE INVINCIBLE SHIELD.
laughterman26 - 12/21/2012, 3:18 AM
they should of gone all out ultimates with cap for the avengers.
Darth258 - 12/21/2012, 3:19 AM
Wow.. O_O

Great concepts (Well.. as always)

Those light effects on Black Widow would've been cool, also the flipping glasses of Hawkeye... only time he had them was on SNL lol
manofmidgard - 12/21/2012, 3:54 AM
these are awesome, woulda liked to see an iron man pic too. thor looks particularly bad-@ss. really did a good job of caprturing the actor's likenesses while selling the costumes.
kemuael - 12/21/2012, 3:59 AM
AMAZING ART!!!
Diana - 12/21/2012, 4:01 AM
Andy Park's really very good.
comiccow6 - 12/21/2012, 4:13 AM
Holy mother of badass.
Seejay - 12/21/2012, 4:21 AM

Perhaps skip all helmets for future films, for all characters, perhaps excluding Loki who can really sport a helmet.
marvel72 - 12/21/2012, 4:48 AM
captain america costume was good in the avengers it was only the helmet that was bad, they should of just modernized his first avenger outfit.
