This Is getting really interesting. Rosenbaum's lex was easily the best thing about smallville, even when he was given the most dull scripts he always turned in a top notch performance.

But ofc Michael is a good actor and one of the best things from SMALLVILLE...when he left in season 7, the show went to sh1T :P

Hmmm interesting choice.

I want to know more about Star-Lord and the other Guardians, so I guess I will subscribe to GOTG and at the same time, catch up on the previous stories of GOTG that came out around 2008 along with the Annihilation series.

I am not familiar with the character in Guardians or Guardians for that matter so he would be ok as he is a very good actor but for some reason whenever I see him in anything these days he will always be Lex Luthor from Smallville...

Everybody is up for Star-Lord. I have to agree with grif, except I think Star Lord should where is mask for ALL of the movie. He just looks like Steve Rogers in space other wise. Plus I never liked Rosenbaum. Dunno why, he's been in some good stuff,

Who ISN'T auditioning for Star-Lord? I feel like all these actors think that GotG will become the next big MCU franchise akin to the Iron Man movies. And, hopefully, it will.

Warlock has NOT been announced for the movie. Right now he is as likely to appear as Vance Astro (who I HOPE appears).

And no i don't hate Warlock...he's my favorite of the modern team and no Vance isn't my favorite guardians...that would go to Starhawk by a long shot

They need a younger guy playing Star-Lord...as much as I like mer Rosenbaum I would prefer if they went with Lewit.

Have Rosebaum appear in a cameo role as Vance Astrovik and i'd be happy

It's really a goddamn shame they wont use him in the Man of Steel series.

I absolutely loved his Lex and stopped watching Smallville until the finale season once he left.

He is Lex Luthor.

Jamie bell for RR would be cool, too! That guys voice, accent and speaking inflection would fit the character well.

I couldn't get past Smallville Season 3 because it was so "Dawson's Creek" but what I saw of him was terrific, and PG Porn was great. What I mostly know of him is his voice as Flash. Good choice, but pick someone already and move on to Groot, Raccoon, Gamora and Drax already!

Interesting. Well, he's a Smallville actor, but bringing him to a CBM is fair enough, I guess! And yes, I'm still rooting for Lee Pace, Jim Sturgess, or a complete unknown - works like charm for CBM's - in the role, but he could be very interesting.
