In anticipation of The Wolverine's upcoming digital and DVD/Blu-ray release, Twentieth Century Fox has launched a new multi-touch eBook, offering extra content from the James Mangold-directed film. And thanks to @AidarSM, some of that content has made it online! There's an alternate ending that teases the Wolverine classic yellow & blue costume, which could become prominent in the sequel that both Mangold & Hugh Jackman are currently negotiating returning. Then there's a behind-the-scenes X-Men: Days of Future Past vid with director Bryan Singer giving a tour of the set!

The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-Men: Days of Future Past. The beloved characters from the original X-Men film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from X-Men: First Class, in an epic battle that must change the past -- to save our future. X-Men: Days of Future Past has wrapped filming, and stars Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Patrick Stewart, Michael Fassbender,, Ian McKellen, Nicholas Hoult, Omar Sy, Peter Dinklage, Halle Berry, Adan Canto, Fan Bingbing, Anna Paquin, Evan Peters, Daniel Cudmore, Ellen Page & Booboo Stewart. Bryan Singer directs the film in theaters May 23, 2014!

As great as it is to see the suit, I still prefer the theatrical ending.
ThisIsHeavy - 11/8/2013, 11:20 AM
That was incredible, it's a shame they didn't use it.
TheMexicanSuperman - 11/8/2013, 11:24 AM
Awesome, maybe Wolverine will wear the suit in Days of Futures Past.
ezio619 - 11/8/2013, 11:25 AM
ok that was awesome
erth2drew - 11/8/2013, 11:27 AM
he needs to wear that shit in the next film or they need to do like a flash back of him wearing it

BANEofExistence - 11/8/2013, 11:28 AM
Maybe we will get the suit in The Wolverine sequel! :)
JatevinM - 11/8/2013, 11:28 AM
I actually would've used this one as a way of alluding to him picking the title back up
Odin - 11/8/2013, 11:31 AM
A scary scene in the X-mansion hallway?
Gee, wonder what's gonna happen
Nomis - 11/8/2013, 11:31 AM
SO.... when Wolverine finally wear his traditional comic book suit in DOFP, are all you guys who said that the "Yellow and Blue suit WON't work on screen!" going to come around and AGREE with what I've been saying for almost a DECADE now... that the X-men comic book uniforms will work if done with a little imagination and skill from a costume designer?
JatevinM - 11/8/2013, 11:33 AM
Nomis@ Considering that suit wasn't yellow and blue and we haven't seen him in it yet I wont be agreeing unless I think it looks good and it doesn't look silly.
MrCBM56 - 11/8/2013, 11:34 AM
That was awesome. Should've kept it.
ALegendaryPanda - 11/8/2013, 11:37 AM
Okay THAT was dope! He should wear that shit in the sequel!
TheMexicanSuperman - 11/8/2013, 11:38 AM
That set video has gotten me more excited for X-Men Days of Futures Past.
Nomis - 11/8/2013, 11:39 AM
@ JatevinM - Well how about a suit that better that tight black leather or "wife beater" and jeans, which Singer previously used.

How about then?
Highflyer - 11/8/2013, 11:41 AM
WHY? WHY? :( I wish they used this so badly!
TopCat89 - 11/8/2013, 11:41 AM
Please someone direct me to another link, this video doesn't work!

Is it on on youtube or somewhere?
JatevinM - 11/8/2013, 11:41 AM
Nomis@ I personally feel that his X-Force suit is the one that would work best for his character and who they have established him to be. His blue and yellow costume and the orange and brown costume just dont fit Wolverine.
BatManiac - 11/8/2013, 11:42 AM
That was pretty cool.
Odin - 11/8/2013, 11:43 AM
@Nomis by the color scheme, the suit looks promesing, but I'm still sceptical about that mask (come to think of it: why would he wear a mask, he is one superhero who doesn't have a secret identity).
charlie2094 - 11/8/2013, 11:43 AM
Sweet! Hope we get to see that! Doesn't look quite the same as the DOFP costume, so hopefully see this in the next Wolverine.

Not so worried about the mask, but if they make it work, it'd be awesome!
bluedude - 11/8/2013, 11:44 AM
OOOOOOHHHHHHHH I was happy with the movie before I found out their could have been a suit ohh man
that would've been coooooooooooooooowwwl
IIIAdamantiumIII - 11/8/2013, 11:46 AM
MOTHER [frick]ERS THEY COULD HAVE USED IT!!! BUT NOOOOOOOOOOO
gambgel - 11/8/2013, 11:46 AM
this would have been an awesome ending!!

What a beautiful nod to the fans.... but anyway, I definetly see Fox doing this in the NEAR future, and with all the X-Men. Mark my words
Nomis - 11/8/2013, 11:46 AM
@ JatevinM - I wouldn't have a problem with the X-Force black and grey suit.

At least he looks like something that have been presented in the comic.

But this video shows a yellow and brown costume that would certainly have worked in the movies.
AgentZero - 11/8/2013, 11:47 AM
Now fanboys are gonna complain that it's black and yellow and not blue and yellow
theInvincibleMexiMan - 11/8/2013, 11:47 AM
I think that Wolverine's mask only works in the comics. Go ahead and put a yellow and blue/black or brown and yellow or the Xforce costume on him

But just keep the mask off. Why does he need it? He doesnt have a secret identity.
Moohika - 11/8/2013, 11:49 AM
That mask looks so effin sick! If this was the original ending, that plus the post credits scene would have me so much more hyped for DOFP in the theatre. I really hope we see him wear it in DOFP, Hugh cannot hang up the claws before he wears the iconic suit!
bluedude - 11/8/2013, 11:49 AM
still a good movie they still done a good job
JatevinM - 11/8/2013, 11:50 AM
Nomis@ You haven't seen him in it so you dont know if it would work.
MrMartinMarvel - 11/8/2013, 11:51 AM
And you people said it wouldn't work. SMH That suit looked freaking awesome!
Amazing512 - 11/8/2013, 11:52 AM
What the f**k?!?! Why didn't they use this ending?! He better wear that suit!
npamusic - 11/8/2013, 11:55 AM
how come he never put on the face mask as a gag. lol it would've been funny.

I wanna see that suit on him though.. come on...
Nomis - 11/8/2013, 11:56 AM
@ JatevinM - They should've at least tried.
Poolio - 11/8/2013, 11:58 AM
WTF! WHY didn't they use this, this a better teaser than the post-credit scene!!!
113 - 11/8/2013, 11:58 AM
I really don't see how they can make that suit look NOT ridiculous on screen.
GodzillaKart - 11/8/2013, 11:58 AM
I would love to see Wolverine suit up, but use one of the darker versions. Nobody would want to wear a bright yellow suit if they had any interest in not being immediately seen.
ckal - 11/8/2013, 12:00 PM
It's sad when in a comic book movie, a heroes costume can only be hinted at jokingly, and then edited from the film.

Sad sad.
JoJo1982 - 11/8/2013, 12:00 PM
*JAW JUST DROPPED*

Plz let this be in the Unrated version!!!
quasi95 - 11/8/2013, 12:01 PM
Seeing wolvies costumes gave me an erection
Bl00dwerK - 11/8/2013, 12:01 PM
Awesome...
