This book never disappoints. Can't wait.

Has been an awesome read, hoping Snyder can work his magic with the Joker

Im curious if he is Batman's Brother after all. Could be a ploy to mess with his mind

You know a good thing about DC is that they don't change characters to resemble their movies. I'm mre of a Marvel fan, but that whole Nick Fury Jr. thing is just stupid.

I've been impressed with the art in this book and have been consistently picking them up as they are available. Story - also been pretty good - nice to get away from the regular villains that Batman has to deal with.

^ Lincoln March isn't "Talon". Talon is a new character coming soon. his name is Calvin Rose. Check this months' solicitations!

God I love this artist.

I'd get really pissed if he turns out to be his brother. But I doubt that will happen.
GLprime2814 - 7/9/2012, 3:25 PM
This is really really good series best part is how you don't have to buy all 190 bat titles to figure out Thea overall story, but I did buy all the bat books because I wanted every detail of the CoO. And non disappointed.
And I really hope there's not another Wayne.
ironknight27 - 7/9/2012, 3:32 PM
@GLprime- I totally agree how you do not have to buy all the other titles to figure out what is going on in this storyline. Although, I do recommend the Nightwing tie in because I thought it was handled very well.

I REALLY HATE the New 52.

But this title is freaking AWESOME. Its one of the few titles I have picked up since the freaking DCU reboot. sad thing is, they REALLY did not have to reboot the whole DCU for this, this could have been done as is, as well as some of the other few gems that are still there.

They only needed to reboot the DCU to mess up some characters that were fine as they were (Starfire being the best example that comes to mind)

That said, Yes, this has been a fun run. The Bat titles overall are pretty solid.

Can't wait to see how this all ends.

@Tymminator I totally agree. New 53 = terrible. New 42 Batman = outstanding. Snyder/Capullo is one of those dream teams that probably won't last very long, bet here's hoping. And the Court of Owls and Talon are the best (group of) villains introduced in comics in I don't know how long. I'm bummed they're altering the character for his solo book.

This mini-event is better than some company-encompassing mega-events.

The Court Of Owls storyline has been great! But im glad its coming to an end. I cant wait for more of Harper Row! And The Joker!

Also their are many Talons. Is what the Court calls the assassins.
Wildaniel - 7/9/2012, 4:30 PM
You know what I like about this title? The normal covers and the variants. I always buy both, I know its a waste of money but the covers are always great!

i collected most of the new 52. batman is one of the best. the court of the owls has been an excellent read and i reccomend it to all comic book readers.

the only ones i collect now are

batman
green lantern
animal man
swamp thing
justice league (although i think this is a really badly written book, and if it doesn't fix up then i'm dropping it)

the rest i have stopped buying. the superman titles were the 1st to go. i love the character but its just piss poor story telling
SupermansBeard - 7/10/2012, 8:42 AM
Ah, I love just about all of the bat titles except for BoP, Batman, Incorporated, Batwoman, and Catwoman. But all of the others are great and full of lots of fun. imo
