Grant Morrison's career as a writer spans four decades and includes popular runs on JLA and New X-Men, deconstructive superhero works such as Animal Man and Doom Patrol, and psychedelic "forensic meditation" works such as Bible John.

Morrison's out-of-continuity take on the Superman mythos in All Star Superman has been praised by fans and critics alike and won the 2006 Eisner Award for Best New Series, the 2007 Eisner Award for Best Continuing Series and several UK Eagle Awards.

At Comic-Con 2008 in San Diego, Virgin Comics introduced MBX at Comic-Con 2008 in San Diego, Grant Morrison's new animated fable based on Mahâbhârata, an ancient, 74,000-verse Sanskrit epic. After the panel presentation, Earth's Mightiest gained exclusive access to Morrison in the Virgin Comics press room.

Wow! Great interview! Grant Morrison is the king! I can't believe how open he is about his...bizarre...lifestyle!

Hey, thanks! Yeah, he was really cool...and intense. When I first met him, he kind of looked at me as if I wasn't there, but once we started talking, he really focused on the conversation and seemed to enjoy it.

This was my first video interview, so I was pretty nervous. You can't see it in the video, but there was a guy behind Morrison waving his hands at me because he didn't want me to talk about Morrison's magicical experiences...
