While the next DC Animated Original Movie is actually
Justice League: Throne Of Atlantis, we now have the official artwork for its successor,
Batman Vs. Robin...
Not much is known about
Batman Vs. Robin at this current moment in time. However we do know that the film will feature the fan favourite Court of Owls and, of course, some sort of conflict between Batman and a Robin (most likely Damian Wayne, if the film is set directly after
Son Of Batman). It is worth noting that there is a comic book storyline also called
Batman Vs. Robin, written by Grant Morrison. Whether the movie will have anything to do with that storyline remains uncertain.
Anyways, this is the front cover artwork for the animated films. One is Blu-Ray, the other is DVD but it's hard to tell which is which:
Looking at this cover, it's hard not to think of the artwork from
The Dark Knight Returns Part 2. Is anyone else excited to see the Court of Owls leap off the page for the first time? Sound off below!
