Second Accident On TDKR Set Sees The Batwing Smashed Up!

Yet another mishap on the set of The Dark Knight Rises! This time, the Batwing struck a street lamp during filming in Pittsburgh, almost taking one of the wings right off! Check out the photos here...

Another major accident of set of new Batman movie in Pittsburgh! The Batwing plane crash occured as it was speeding down the street in a chase scene when it went off course and actually hit a huge street light lamp and nearly destroyed the whole side of the only existing Batwing! The crew then did the scene over after fixing it as it took nearly an hour! No actors were hurt in the scene but a batman extra was spotted driving the Batwing in the street before the major crash!

That's unfortunate, hopefully they'll be able to work it out fast and get their shoot finished on schedule.

And to the people questioning Nolan's ability to direct, might I remind those idiots that Nolan has yet to make a bad film and that in all likelihood these are the same people that said Ledger would ruin the Joker and Nolan would kill the franchise with TDK...look how wrong they were and I'm pretty sure they have 0 credibility at the moment so I'd like to be the first to ask them nicely to STFU and go back to watching transformers or some other film with zero depth. Thanks in advance...

I would venture a guess that if it only took an hour to repair that kind of damage in order to continue filming.....it was designed to come apart the way it did. The crash is more than likely part of the scene and intentional.

I don't know if you guys notice this, but I think Nolan is trolling all of you right now. Everyone bashing this movie had their expectations through the [frick]ing roof, and now that alot of things are being shown that easily upset you, I think Nolan's trying to get all of your expectations down so low...you go into the movie with none at all, for him to pull a 180, and surprise all of you. Call me crazy, but that would be really, really smart.

But anyway, all of you still judging this movie are so [frick]ing retarded. I am sorry, but you are. You can't judge a movie this early in production.

Remember First Class? Remember "FIST ASS BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!!! [frick] THIS MOVIE! SHIT SHIT SHIT!..." (I'd be a hypocrite if i said i wasnt one of those people.) But look how it turned out. You need to give it a [frick]ing chance, atleast until we see a FULL TRAILER, otherwise no one is ever going to take you seriously ever again.
