Get ready for a brand new Ray! Lucien Gates’s life is changed forever when he is struck by a mysterious beam of energy that turns him into a glowing gladiator – and being a human ray of light comes in handy when his city is suddenly under attack from giant, building-sized monsters. Unfortunately, light powers are less than handy in keeping his girlfriend happy.

The Ray's previous design was cool. Why would they screw that up? He looks like a rip off of Quasar if he somehow became a herald of Galactus. SMH!

It looks like an alright mini, but I probably won't end up buying it.

@NoRegrets Superman is not the first hero. Only first public hero. DC is taking everything away from ol Supes

Cool. Can't wait to pick this up! But why do we ALWAYS have a black guy as friend/sidekick? Must every show/comic has to have this formula? Couldn't it be a Latino or Brazilian/Indian etc?

yeah.. ray tyrrel shouldnt have been killed off. he could have been awesome.
