I actually love it. It's pretty much what I was expecting. As a Momoa fan, and one of maybe 4 people that really enjoyed Conan, I can't wait to see what he brings to the role. Hell, I'm still mad that he died in Game of Thrones. My least favourite death of the entire series. I wish they'd just kill that talking foot, Arya.

The recent huge change in approach to Aquaman has directly come as a result of all the hate he gets from the GA.



In 3/4 years time it'll all just be a bad memory and we can all go back to picking on Hal Jordan instead ;)

I think this is the ninth article on this one picture today...I love it, and I love the design of the character. The version they're basing him off is actually the first that I read, it would be sweet if they cut off one of his arms...

You can see that there are nods to his green and orange colors. The picture cut off right before his legs but you can see what he's wearing is green

Unfortunately Man of Steel inspired a serious lack of interest in Zack Snyders vision of the DC universe. To me. I love Snyder too. I've endlessly debated that Watchman is the absolute most faithful adaptation of a CBM but Man of Steel was souless and colorless. Coming to the point, Aquaman here looks really cool. Pretty much exactly what I expected him to look like. While I don't have any faith that he'll present Supes in a way that I prefer I am interested in how Snyder handles these other members of the Justice League. They are a kittle more within Snyders realm.

It adds to the look imo and the mythology they are setting up with visuals alone. It would look kind if blank without it i think. It looks more tribal and islandish, I also love how his tattoo kind of inspired the costume for Wilkinson
