COMICS: 'Batman' Becomes SPOILER In JUSTICE LEAGUE #42 & Discovers 'Joker''s Identity
Today's issue of Justice League was an eventful one... to say the least! Find out what went down with the Dark Knight and the true identity of the Clown Prince of Crime in the latest chapter of Geoff Johns and Jason Fabok's' Multiverse-spanning "Darkseid War" right here...
So basically, Batman is now Bat-God! After the League discover that it's Metron's Möbius Chair that holds the answers to Earth's salvation and not the New God himself, Wonder Woman removes him from his seat and Batman decides to take his place, essentially gaining access to all of the knowledge in the universe. He tests this by first asking a question he already knew the answer to (who killed his parents), but then inquires as to the true identity of the Joker.
Whatever name he's given shocks him to his core, though he doesn't share it with his team-mates or us the lowly readers - but this will no doubt factor into a future story arc at some point.
