OLIVER IS VISITED BY GHOSTS FROM THE PAST — After a fight with Cyrus Gold AKA the Acolyte (guest star Graham Shiels), Oliver (Stephen Amell) is drugged and left for dead. Determined to cure him, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) makes a risky decision. The cure causes Oliver to hallucinate, and what he sees forces him to confront his past. Meanwhile, Barry (guest star Grant Gustin) continues to help Felicity, and their connection grows stronger. The Arrow asks Lance (Paul Blackthorne) to look into Gold, but when the stakeout on Gold goes bad, someone is killed. Roy (Colton Haynes) is captured and tortured by Brother Blood (guest star Kevin Alejandro). John Behring directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Andrew Kresiberg and teleplay by Geoff Johns & Ben Sokolowski (#209).

Gmoney84 - 12/10/2013, 3:13 PM
I thought the arrow hit him outside thigh? He could probably still get around some.

@Splenda

Maybe that's why he looked to see if there was someone inside the other room?

and didnt he take an arrow to the knee last episode? dude oughta be in the hospital

Arrow to the outside of the thigh. If he needs to be hospitalized for that, he's no Roy Harper.

@splenda

actually he is walking like a crippled so he must be with a bandage or something, and if you know roy, he wont stay in a hospital xD

@Tainted87 well...he is trying to run if you see the clip with attention...because, he could run faster but he is with the injury from the last episode
Tainted87 - 12/10/2013, 5:29 PM
Yes, well, I broke my ankle 5 months ago, had a metal plate and screws drilled in to fix it up, and I still can't run. He took an arrow THROUGH his leg the last episode, which is only hours/minutes before this clip. He should not be able to walk, much less run.
soforizo - 12/10/2013, 5:48 PM
@Tainted87

Huh? You realize you're comparing a broken ankle to an arrow injury to the outside portion of the thigh??? A broken ankle is far worse. Had he been hit in the inner area on the femoral artery, then yeah.

You have plenty of other muscles in that leg to be able to move as he did but with pain. The absence of pain is the unrealistic part, assuming he didn't take some strong shit.

@jamesbrando3

Thanks for the article James, but I had to stop reading because it was starting to feel spoilerish although it wasn't trying to be. It warned West Coasters to avoid twitter... they might want to avoid this site till the episode airs too.

Roy was limping. Not as much as he should have been, but there was a little limp there.
BeyondTheGrave - 12/10/2013, 7:03 PM
