FAN MADE: Poster For Christopher Nolan's INTERSTELLAR

The latest trailer for the Dark Knight trilogy director's upcoming sci-fi movie went down very well with most of us here on CBM, and now we have a cool fan-made one-sheet to go along with it. See Matthew McConaughey take in the wonders of a new world after the jump.

Sipprelle - 8/11/2014, 11:49 AM
Don't give a shit, it's basically just a still from the trailer.
Supes17 - 8/11/2014, 11:51 AM
Trippy. Just like the Inception posters

Can't wait for this. Well, actually I can and I'll be glad to since the movies this summer have been literally releasing from back-to-back, so it's good to finally catch a break.
StarYeezus - 8/11/2014, 11:55 AM
They should've used the still where they're flying next to a cloud and a piece of it breaks off. Still pretty cool.

It looks like they chose this scene because it gives off the Inception vibe (inverted mountains=upside down buildings)

Prometheus space suits > Interstellar space suits
KingOnslaught - 8/11/2014, 11:57 AM

Prometheus space suits had that cool 80s feel.
GiantNerd - 8/11/2014, 12:00 PM
Stellar.
Primordiac - 8/11/2014, 12:02 PM
Well maybe the guy that was commissioned by the studio to do the poster IS a fan. So of course it'll look fan made then.

the movie doesn't really look amazing to me. people are losing their minds because - nolan.
DrunkenNukem - 8/11/2014, 12:03 PM
This movie will be epic, like Inception ...Hope Nolan doesn´t get tired of making movies for a while...
TheManFromMars - 8/11/2014, 12:05 PM
I'm honestly not sure if I'll watch this movie in theters, actually. It doesn't have enough appeal to me...
StarYeezus - 8/11/2014, 12:08 PM
Prometheus was a let down, but Moon and Sunshine were great sci-fi films. I love space travel/cosmic shit.

When I saw the trailer in theaters, some guy afterwards yelled out "Jesus will save us! Liberals and their science will damn us!" and I laughed so hard.

I laughed even harder on the drive home when it occurred to me that it might not have been a teenager being silly, but an older gentleman being serious.
Darktower - 8/11/2014, 12:12 PM
such a slow news day that now we got a fake poster of a movie as a news..
StarYeezus - 8/11/2014, 12:13 PM
Can't beat retro-futurism

TelaVizion - 8/11/2014, 12:15 PM
They seriously need better trailers for this movie. It's like their trying to sell the movie just off of Nolan's name and nothing else.
Darktower - 8/11/2014, 12:15 PM

it looks like nolan at his best!. most anticipated movie of the year for me!!
Nate - 8/11/2014, 12:18 PM
It's sad how a lot of people aren't interested in this and many other movies. Nobody likes movies that make them think. Most audiences today want stupid fun, explosions everywhere, with no story. I myself live for films like Interstellar. Cant wait!
Nate - 8/11/2014, 12:19 PM
@TelaVision maybe their doing what everyone else should be doing..making trailers that dont give anything away.
MrPrime - 8/11/2014, 12:28 PM
How to make this poster
1. Watch Trailer 3
2. Print screen
3. Paste
4. Add text.
SuperCat - 8/11/2014, 12:31 PM

@DudeGuyMAn

I think you forgot a few films in that list of Nolan's film horribleness. ;)
