A new full-length trailer for Jon Schnepp's documentary on Tim Burton's now infamous attempt to bring the Man of Steel to the screen (with Nicholas Cage in the title role) has been released. See some new interview snippets, BTS footage and concept art after the jump.

By all accounts Schnepp has almost completed production on the documentary, and is close to getting together the final funds needed to complete it. There's no doubt that this would make for an interesting watch -- even if the very least it did was serve as a cautionary tale. But you never know what else fans could come away from this doc with, as there's no doubting the passion that those involved with the doomed Superman Lives displayed. Will you be checking this out?
