How can Marvel announce the next cross over when we haven't even had the next cross over?
KeefNCookies - 2/5/2013, 7:15 AM
If they dont finally explain what in the universe(s) happened after The Thanos Imperative...
superotherside - 2/5/2013, 7:18 AM

HellsHammer - 2/5/2013, 7:27 AM
Wonder why...
ATrueHero1987 - 2/5/2013, 7:29 AM
I said that after Age Of Ultron, I wouldn't buy anymore Marvel Crossovers/Events. I would wait until it's in TPB....but if Hickman is doing it, then's it's a first day purchase for me!
JDUKE25 - 2/5/2013, 7:33 AM
Hopefully it has a better ending than the last. The art is decent at least.
DrDoom - 2/5/2013, 7:33 AM
They couldn't even come up with a name? We've already had Infinity Gauntlet, Infinity War and Infinity Crusade. No second part?
Bandido - 2/5/2013, 7:40 AM
Hmm I would usually hate on this but it's Hickman so it's a maybe for me

I see that EX NIHILO is going to be involved
KeefNCookies - 2/5/2013, 7:43 AM
@ckal
Doc Strange is Sorcerer Supreme once again, took place in the final issues of New Avengers
@SageMode
My thoughts exactly (AA was trash)
DrDoom - 2/5/2013, 7:44 AM
So I guess everyone survived Age of Ultron.
marvel72 - 2/5/2013, 7:50 AM
excellent,i hope we see the return of nova(rich rider)in this event.
Fogs - 2/5/2013, 7:57 AM
He's not wearing gloves.
CavEl - 2/5/2013, 8:03 AM
Guys...here's the bright side.

At least it's not heroes vs. heroes.
niknik - 2/5/2013, 8:10 AM
Art is total crap in that second pic. Doesn't even look like Thanos, especially the face.
ninjahulk - 2/5/2013, 8:15 AM
i hope that they not going used these new story of thanos for the avengers movie in just the case marvel need to bring back the other charcter from other studios but if they smart they can used dr.strange cross over to grab them from others studiotofight thanos that be a for marvel to bring back they character home be smart marvel save thanos for phase 3 not 2 its to soon for thanos phase should be infinity gauntlet be smart marvel.
ComradeGrey - 2/5/2013, 8:17 AM
Is it just an infinity gauntlet reboot? I didn't realize that comics only existed to sell movies now.
Shadowmaster35 - 2/5/2013, 8:22 AM
Down for all things Thanos! But i'm hoping that this has to do with more cosmic Marvel than just earth so i can see the freaking Annihilators again! Best. Team. Ever.
Pheezmatic - 2/5/2013, 8:36 AM
@ninjahulk...wth did i just read from you??
anyways...
We should have all seen this coming...they were setting up something big with this Thanos prequel comic and of course they would want to get his face on the shelves if they're going to use him as the main villain. Something tells me Marvel was a bit disappointed at how small the amount of people were who could recognize Thanos at the end of The Avengers. They seemed to have put a plan into action very quick to educate the masses of the badass that is Thanos. I for one don't mind..i love the character and i love that he brings out everyone for battle. Infinity gems, Avengers, X-Men, Inhumans, GOTG, other cosmic players, Jonathon Hickman, Jim Cheung?

....Hell Yea, im in...
cmax - 2/5/2013, 8:41 AM
Nice to see Ex Nihilo in there.
MutantEquality - 2/5/2013, 8:46 AM
@ComradGrey No, Now comics exist to make as much money as possible. Coherent storytelling as an art seems to be going the way of the dinosaurs.

Hope for the best
ToTheManInTheColdSweat - 2/5/2013, 8:54 AM
about [frick]ing time, for a second there i thought marvel wasn't gonna meet their 10 crossovers a year quota. bullet [frick]ing dodged.
TheFirstAvenger97 - 2/5/2013, 9:08 AM
Well that's surprising
Shamo - 2/5/2013, 9:12 AM
hickman sucks. wont read.
vtopa - 2/5/2013, 9:25 AM
NOVA (RICH RIDER) PLEASE.
Thogr87 - 2/5/2013, 9:50 AM
I think it makes sense to advertise for the next crossover before the previous (AoU) is even out, because Marvel is accelerating the shipping schedules for these things. By having a 12 part story come out in 3-4 weeks, you kind of have to be ahead of the advertising curve.
ninjahulk - 2/5/2013, 9:59 AM
@pheezmatic what i was saying since they will be bringing out dr.strange movie this will be a good opportunity to used him to bring the the other character from the other studios back to marvel this where you used strange and some how bring in warlock in this if they want him in it im old school infinity gauntlet was one the great marvel comic came out doing that time they need to do this the right way so far they are this could be the best thing to do i see what they are doing used thanos for phase 3 go out with a bang build thanos up until phase 3
AvalonX - 2/5/2013, 10:24 AM
Who is the red head on the lower left hand corner? Is that Jean?
AvalonX - 2/5/2013, 10:33 AM
@Mercwitham0uth oh yeah. I was about to bust a nut over here.
ThePowerCosmic - 2/5/2013, 10:49 AM
Looks awesome. And because it is bound to come up...who cares who was created first Thanos is a better character than Darkseid.
SageMode - 2/5/2013, 10:55 AM
THEPOWERCOSMIC

Agreed. Hence my avatar
siggisuperman - 2/5/2013, 11:50 AM
Oh my god MY FAV MARVEL WRITER AND ARTIST team up! Hickman and Cheung
Foolkiller - 2/5/2013, 11:50 AM
I just don't like the look of this one. I've had enough of big cross-over events. Rip-offs.
KeefNCookies - 2/5/2013, 12:07 PM
All they seem to care about anymore is new readers and instant gratification. They are still making some good comics but theyve been making an unbelievable amount of bad ones, worst of all using grand characters in small and terrible ways (anybody regrettably remember Onslaught Unleashed?) like when they brought Thanos AND GOTG back in Avengers Assemble without having any regard for Thanos Imperative! I hate how the movies have ruined the comics and I for one am glad I read from a friends library. I wouldnt trust investing my money in these jokers.
parkerray - 2/5/2013, 12:57 PM
When did Hulk start cancer treatments? And why does he need armor?
DanteSparda - 2/5/2013, 1:07 PM
Yesh, to soon to advertise the next big event before the previous one start, but looks interesting.

And I know that most Thanos events include the word Infinity in the title but could this mean that the cosmic entity known as "Infinity" would be more involed in the plot? Also wonder what those skulls mean, perhaps Thanos fused himself with "Death" or perhaps he just took her place...
oldnoname - 2/5/2013, 1:44 PM
Oh man I missed Age of Ultron... oh nevermind

So since apparrently nothing happens and nobody dies in Age of Ultron can I just skip it then and see the heros fight each other in this one?
