COMICS: 'Cheshire' To Make Her New 52 Debut In RED HOOD AND THE OUTLAWS

In DC's latest 'What's New in the New 52', editor-in-chief Bob Harras introduces Cheshire into the New 52. The pre-New 52 version of the character was a Teen Titans villain, but now she'll have a connection to Jason Todd's past.

And just in case you missed Bronze Tiger..

Harras writes:

"Last week, we showed you the design for Bronze Tiger and teased that he’ll be somehow tied to the unraveling of Jason Todd’s memories. Today, take a look at another person from Jason’s past who’ll be appearing in the pages of Red Hood and the Outlaws soon to shed a little bit more light on Jason’s origin. But can Jason trust Cheshire? And what’s her connection to Bronze Tiger?"

Starfighter makes a good point.

Looks like DC is getting ready to borrow from the Batman Beyond storyline concerning gene splicing. [At least I hope...because if Bronze Tiger is an actual Tiger...........]

Nice. I kinda wish they had her wearing the mask like in Young Justice. i thought that was a nice touch.

Kinda odd to give her a connection to Jason's past rather than Roy's.

So is she still going to have Roy's baby? I must admit when she died that was one of the most saddest moments in comic history.

Sexy. BTW, people who post that they don't care don't really care, not even enough to post. They posted to let everyone eho reads the comments know they don't care. Can we please, finally, stop saying "You cared enough to post about it." please? It's a tired-ass response. Do better...

I really want them to stop w/ this whole Jason Todd, mystic shit. I'd prefer Red hood in a solo book, every issue seems like a terrible balancing act between Todd, Roy and Starfire. It doesn't line up at all with what Red Hood was after Infinite Crisis

Except, they already introduced Cheshire into the New 52 in the pages of Grifter #9
Tevii - 5/8/2013, 1:10 PM
But I guess there could be two Cheshire's for some reason. Since in Grifter she was Japaneses with the real name Niko, and the original Cheshire was half Vietnamese and this design looks much more like the original.

"Cry For Justice" and "Rise and Fall Roy Harper" (YJ took elements from those stories) is a million times better than the New 52 Roy harper

I want to see these characters sooooo freakin bad in Arrow. I mean I don't watch arrow but they belong there. After all, it's DCs way of making Batman so add Tiger and Shiva and the bunch. Cheshire already has a connection thru Speedy.
