Have actors not learned from Marvel, that if you want a comic book movie role don't blast it on Twitter.

@Netman0007 You don't need to have brains to play Batman in a movie. You just need to ACT like you have brains. They are actors, so they don't actually have to go out as Batman to fight crime and solve mysteries in real life.

Lmao I love how the people on this site talk so much crap about these actors who at the end of the day make more money, bang hotter women, and just general don't care about what you have to say about them. He is an actor who would like to play Batman

This is the first actor that I've seen who can actually fit the part. The ones bashing him here I bet has never seen Spartacus. He does have a commanding presence and a naturally deep voice. Plus he has a very grizzled look. Get him to bulk up like Cavill did and he can be it.

Jensen Ackles Gabriel Macht Anson Mount Luke Evans......NO. And I'm really getting tired to see these same names and a couple of others for every single comic role.

Lets be serious Joe Manganiello is the guy for batman. He's in great shape...always. He's about 6'4 which is great on par with Cavil's height. He missed out playing superman why not let the wolf become the bat? Dude hasnt had a decent film role since spiderman 1.

Sounds good to me. WB needs to get an Unknown actor for the role.

Liam McIntyre has been tweeting about being Batman for a very long time now. I wouldn't MIND him being Batman just because I was such a fan of Spartacus, but he doesn't suit the role of Bruce Wayne as I picture Bruce to be.

But I know he would be an amazing BATMAN.

I follow him on twitter! He's a really cool guy.

If you have actually watched Spartacus, you would realize quickly he would indeed make a solid Batman.

He's good actor, has a decent height & build plus he has the perfect jaw & mouth to be exposed by the Bat-cowl.

He would need to due his hair black to play Bruce.
I liked Bale as Bats but why didn't he dye his hair dark?..it's so simple to do.

NO

To every single name that anyone on this thread has mentioned.

BIG, FAT, UNADULTERATED,

NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Fanboys can't cast for shit. STOP. As soon as you say it, it's doomed. Just shut the [frick] up and let them do their jobs.

I Vote Joe Manganiello. Dude has the chop to be taken quite seriously. He knows the character well just like he knows superman's. He is well known in the true blood community and he'd draw that audience which is quite large. He's bring in the sex appeal from magic mike ladies know. Batman being in the movie alone will draw in alot of people

You and everyone else buddy.

Just because you have a jaw and are ripped doesn't mean your'e Batman.

I hope they get an out of the box actor for Batman. None of these guys you people on here fan cast to death.

@BlackJack10 - SAM WITWER!!!! F*CK YESSSS!!! I love that guy! Very easy on the eyes too!!! I would NOT mind that at all! I've been wanting him to play a superhero since I saw him in Smallville and he isn't that big so he won't tower over Cavill!

But I don't know if he has the acting chops for it.

Oh, and can we actually have someone with black hair to play Bruce for once!?! -_-
TonyChu
TonyChu - 7/21/2013, 2:30 PM
Matt Bomer or Armie Hammer is my pick. But my dream Batman would be Jon Hamm.

Not one person alive called RDJ as Stark, Bale as Batman, Cavill as Supes, Ledger as Joker, or any other CBM star to date.

Just knock it the [frick] off. It's utterly futile and misguided. Since none of us are directing it, none of us know what the role calls for. It's pointless. Just go weigh your poops. It'll serve more purpose.

TheAntiGrif
TheAntiGrif - 7/21/2013, 2:33 PM
@BlackJack you have a point there but, before cavill there was manganiello and because of his true blood schedule he could not. So the fact that he was at the door but couldn't ring the door bell means there is something there. Besides who looks like bruce these days. He's supposed to be 6'4 and very well built. That is how he's SUPPOSED to be, it matters a little bit. When it comes to size they definitely needed Cavil because he was tall and had the physical look.
