well alot of people dont like either of these "heros" and it normaly goes DC fans like AQUAMAN and MARVEL fans like NAMOR. So who would win in a fight out in the middel of the ocean

NAMOR: Is a unique hybrid of Atlantean and mutant mix Because of his unusual genetic heritage, Namor is unique among both ordinary humans and Atlanteans, fact that he's a hybrid of Human and Atlantean DNA

AQUMAN: Is a super-Atlantean as well as super-human, and as such he has greater physical capabilities than does a typical Atlantean.

NAMOR can swim at 75 knots

AQUMAN can swim at 150 knots

BOTH of them can talk to marine life

NAMOR body can heal damaged tissue faster and much more extensively than a human or most Atlanteans. Namor's accelerated healing is at it's peak while he is immersed in water and does diminish the longer he is out of contact with water or if he is completely dry.

AQUAMAN does dont have this power

BOTH can see there murky waters

NAMOR can fly

AQUAMAN can not fly

NAMOR strength Class 100, Namor can 100 tons when in contact with water. Underwater, his strength is virtually unmatched

AQUAMAN strength 60 tons while on land, depending on how long he has been out of water. While hydrated sufficiently, Aquaman has twice proven capable of lifting weights in excess of 10,000 tons.

BOTH are depedent on water and get weaker the longer they are out of it

from Marvel.wikia........

Namor

Superhuman Strength: Like all Atlanteans, Namor is superhumanly strong but his physical strength is greater than that of any member of his superhuman race. The exact level of his strength is dependent upon his physical contact with water and his strength diminishes slowly the longer he is out of contact with it. Namor can claim to knock out the Hulk, and to break through the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak, knocking out Doctor Strange. He has been seen several times lifting many thousands of tons without effort.

While I understand some of the negative shit that Aquaman has been the target of in the past, check out "Time and Tide" by writer Peter David, "The Waterbearer" by Rick Veitch, "Blackest Night" issue # 2 by Geoff Johns, and the 2006 T.V. Pilot, to see four examples of Aquaman being done right.....Looking back, it's clear that "Superfriends" ruined the character.
