Wolverine1974 - 7/27/2010, 10:48 AM
Either X-Men, Thor or Cappy Yank.

But not Transformers. At all.
jimoakley666 - 7/27/2010, 10:55 AM
Cap, Cowboys and Aliens, and transformers for a laugh
karynPftw - 7/27/2010, 12:11 PM
its a tie between Cap and Thor.

i just have a really bad feeling about First Class. everything we've heard about it so far points to the fact that Fox still hasn't learned their lesson. but hey, who can blame them? they might massacre these characters and movies, but they still make a ton of money off them...
CorndogBurglar - 7/27/2010, 12:29 PM
even so, Green Hornet looks absolutely horrible, so thats easily at the bottom of my list.
CorndogBurglar - 7/27/2010, 12:29 PM
The First Avenger is my top pick, with Transformers and Thor following.
Destroyer14 - 7/27/2010, 12:32 PM
1.Thor
2.Green Latern
3.Cowboys and Aliens
4.Priest
5.Green Hornet.

Xmen suck class and Transformers will fail miserably.

Im stuck on Captain America. I will wait and see a trailer. I really hate that chris evans is cap so Ill wait and reserve further judgement till a trailer comes out.
Ven0m - 7/27/2010, 12:41 PM
It's hard to answer. I really want Cap to be good, but I'm unceratin about it. Thor seems to be coming along well and we have more to go off of, but I don't know the character or story that well. GL is great, but for some reason I can't get THAT hyped for it. Hopefully the trailer will change that. So if they all live up to their potential, I'd say Cap, GL, then Thor.
BIGBMH - 7/27/2010, 12:53 PM
Its a tie between Cap and Green lantern for me. :)
Starsapphire - 7/27/2010, 1:16 PM
I have thought about it more now. I will see them as they come out except for cowboys and aliens and green hornet. Never herd of cowboys... and was never a big green hornet fan so those will have to wait till dvd. I am looking most forward to Thor and Green Lantern along with Cap!

the comic movies i want to see most in 2011.

1.thor(this could be the lord of the rings of comic movies.)
2.the green lantern(dc needs this to be massive, specially after jonah hex & the losers where pretty shit.)
3.captain america(i want this to be good for the fans,i'm just worried about the director.have you seen the wolfman.)
4.x-men first class(i want this to be comic movie of the year, but with the changes to the original story,i think this may turn out shit.)
5.cowboys & aliens(never read the comic, but the storyline sounds good.)
6.transformers 3(they got rid of meggan fox,we might get a decent transformer movie now.)
7.green hornet(i watch this for the brilliant christoph waltz.)
8.the priest(this might be alright,if you haven't read the manga.)
deadpool72 - 7/27/2010, 2:35 PM
@ Deadpool72 Whats wrong with Wolfman? I dont understand why people give it so much hate? It pays tribute to the original. Its gory and the acting imo was pretty good. I own in on blu ray and my buddy said there was some scense that were not released in theatres so maybe the extra scense were pivotal. Honestly I am worried about Captain America still. That is why I will reserve further Judgement until a trailer at least. I hated on Chris Evans the whole Captain Campain and I still dont like em as Cap but ill wait and see now that we are stuck with him. Also why people hating on Green Hornet I actually liked the trailer. Its only one trailer and hopefully Seth Rogen is more serious through out the whole movie. You know his comedic side will slip. I will still give it a shot but it is bottom of my list for a reason.
Ven0m - 7/27/2010, 2:41 PM
I have a very strong feeling X-Men: First Class will surprise everyone.

But I still have to give my vote to Thor.
MaxJaybo - 7/27/2010, 2:51 PM
@ ven0m i got it on blu-ray as well.
i brought it on the strength of the cast.
some of the scenes where alright.
i hated the ending you know wolfman vs wolfman, then hugo weaving is the new wolfman.
deadpool72 - 7/27/2010, 3:24 PM
#1-Thor
#2-Green Lantern/Captain America tie.
#3-X-Men First Class(I'm a sucker for X-Men anything)
#4-Cowboys and Aliens
#5-Conan
#6-Green Hornet
#7-Transformers 3
#8-John Carter of Mars
#9-Priest

NightAvenger - 7/27/2010, 4:47 PM
@ maxjaybo

i really hope you're right. but with all the character announcements we've gotten about it, it just sounds like Fox is trying to shoe-horn as many mutants in as possible. and that hasn't worked yet. X3 and Origins were horrible, and they suffered a lot because of that.
CorndogBurglar - 7/27/2010, 6:25 PM
GREEN LANTERN for sure
ButtNakedSmurf - 7/27/2010, 9:19 PM
@CorndogBurglar

There are more people in the cast of Thor right now than there have been hired for First Class. :p

First of all... I think it's about time people stop relying on a character count to say that the film "must be bad."
It's not a mutually exclusive fact that "many characters = bad" but "few = good".

Quite a few GOOD movies have had large character counts, as well. For example, each Lord of the Rings movie had 20+ IMPORTANT characters in each of them. Does that make them worse than Fantastic Four, which only had 5 main characters? Of course not!

Meaning it's all in how good the story is, and if it has the ability to use the characters to their maximum impact.

Second of all... Whichever characters ARE in the new movie, are there because Bryan Singer or Matthew Vaughn have decided to put them in.

"First Class" was a script that written at the behest of Bryan Singer using his ideas, and then pitched to the studio, which is the same script that Matthew Vaughn is now having polished by his own personal screenwriter.

The studio, while they may make suggestions, are not in control of this film's storyline.

Which is the opposite of X3 and Wolverine's cases, wherein Fox themselves hired writers to craft a story around their suggestions, and THEN hired directors to shoot those scripts.

And THAT is a large part of why I have some faith in the film. It's not just some studio-made script directed by a hired gun, it's a pair of filmmakers with their own story and their own vision for the story. I know that's not enough for a lot of people... but whether or not the film turns out any good, for me that at least makes First Class better than X3 or Wolverine by default.
MaxJaybo - 7/28/2010, 12:09 AM
Thor!
Kyos - 7/28/2010, 6:51 AM
Green Lantern is my number one movie to see next year. I will watch Thor and Cap'n A. I think Cap'n A will suprise me, sure as Thor but Green Lantern will just kill me.

BMP!
Angelus - 7/28/2010, 12:58 PM
