The following behind the scenes vid from HBO's second season of Game Of Thrones is brief but aside from Maisie Williams discussing Arya's new scruffy. boyish look we also get a few glimpses at some scenes being shot with the young actress. When last we saw Arya she was taken by Nightswatch recruiter Yoren to protect her against the Lannisters. She begins the long slog to The Wall, but of course nothing ever goes to plan in this show and on the road she gets mixed up some very dangerous things indeed.




And while we're at it here is a pretty cool fan made trailer for season 2 which looks back over some of the events and characters towards the end of the first season.

I hope she can pull off the more hardcore things Arya has to do in the later seasons.

like cutting one of vargo's men's throat when they escape, the soup scene, giving her hit list to jaqen, and, cant forget, picking leeches off of Roose bolton while he lay commando in bed.

she doesnt look like she aged much which is good but at the rate of these seasons release and the time it takes Martin to publish the last two books, Arya is gonna be played by a fourty year old woman!
