Creepy Trailer For The Guillermo Del Toro Produced Horror Flick MAMA

This one looks like it might be pretty good, it certainly has a couple of great lead actors. Check out Jessica Chastain (Lawless) and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Game Of Thrones) in a suspenseful first trailer for Mama..

This is one of those "big name all over it but not actually directing it" type deals, as CBM favorite Guillermo Del Toro 'presents' this new supernatural horror movie, Mama. In fairness, this one does look decent. Let us know what you make of it in the usual place..



Andres Muschietti directs Mama as his first big film from a script he co-wrote with his sister and producer Barbara Muschietti and "Luther" writer Neil Cross. Guillermo del Toro presents this supernatural thriller that tells the haunting tale of two little girls who disappeared into the woods the day that their parents were killed. When they are rescued years later and begin a new life, they find that someone or something still wants to come tuck them in at night.


Mama hits theaters January 18th, 2013.

Looks interesting and I trust Del Toro when it come's to this genre, so i'll check it out

Never can tell with horrors though..so many of em LOOK good. Chastain looks smokin hot though!

I'll say this much, the way that little girl says mama is creepy and enough to convince me to check it out. If it just turns out it's the dead mom though, I'll be ticked.

Idk what it is, but whenever those body twists in weird shapes or crawl weird, its just so Damn freaky. Add's to the scare factor, personally. Can't wait for it.

The horror genre is dying. Even though it looks good, the premise of this movie has been reused and rehashed over and over again...

Everytime I go thr DVD store there are always heaps of new release horror movies and ghost movies etc on the shelves and it seems like a couple every week...

Its so hard to pick out the decent ones from the crappy ones...
