@FIRG

Punisher is exerting a bad influence on Ross.

I like the black and red motif more than the black and white from Remender's UXF. It's also funny that Thunderbolt Ross is now in the Thunderbolts.

They shouldnt have picked a red background.

This is RIDICULOUS!
Three of the five are loners.
Just plain stupid.

FIRG@ thats one of the only cool things about RULK, he's smart with weapons.

so are they changing their colors to red? or are they just doing this for the color scheme of the covers?

I don't like this lineup. I prefer my Thunderbolts to feature B and C listers, characters who you normally wouldn't hear from.

This kinda gives me an nWo wolfpack vibe...anyone remember that crap from wcw? haha

Geez, learn how to hold a gun Rulk before you point it at me.

I've been outta comics too long! I didn't even get a chance to read the Goblin led Thunderbolts. Can anybody recommend a good jumping on point...pre-Civil War, pre-World War Hulk, etc...etc...

Thunderbolts has potential. It's a solid team. I'll be picking up Thunderbolts later this year.

Nice way to color-coordinate a team.

Why does any Hulk need a gun, even a big one? Lord, how '90s!

Preferred the REAL nWo to the counterfeit wolfpack. The last really good idea WCW had. Too bad they ran it too long and wound up killing the federation.

I have a feeling they are actually going to be used to track down Cable's X-Force team

I'm diggin the fact that the team is made up of Marvel characters known for not playing well with others. Has the potential to be great if they can pull off a good reason for them coming together. The Avengers were solo characters at one point too.

Not sure if Frank or Flash would go along with this, but I might check it out anyway. Just depends.

Elektra is lame. A sai doesn't even look threatening. Rulk is potentially the most confusing character for new readers. I hope he dies. He also constantly reminds me of the general from the Justice League Unlimited cartoon.

BOO!!! I liked bearded Frank! He actually looked so much cooler like that. Here he looks like a mob hitman or somehting.

I don't understand why there is a lot of hate for this, I think it looks amazing, I don't understand what's to hate, admittedly I was never a massive fan of the old Thunderbolts so perhaps fans are reacting the same way I am to the new Journey into Mystery... I'm not pleased about that ¬¬ I think I have just answered my own argument...

Can't wait to read this title. I take the red motif as an indication for the bloodshed and mayhem they all bring to the plate :)

Such a sweet line up for a team like this... never been interested in the "dark hero" books, still aren't, but this is a dream team sort of deal.
