This is one of those "big name all over it but not actually directing it" type deals, as CBM favorite Guillermo Del Toro 'presents' this new supernatural horror movie, Mama. Here is a new International trailer, featuring quite a bit of new footage..

Andres Muschietti directs Mama as his first big film from a script he co-wrote with his sister and producer Barbara Muschietti and "Luther" writer Neil Cross. Guillermo del Toro presents this supernatural thriller that tells the haunting tale of two little girls who disappeared into the woods the day that their parents were killed. When they are rescued years later and begin a new life, they find that someone or something still wants to come tuck them in at night.

Mama hits theaters January 18th, 2013.

when I first saw the trailer for "Alone in the Dark" by Memo del Toro, I thought it was really scarey and then I watched it and......

DISAPOINTING !!!!

@Equivocal the same thing happened to me. The trailer looked great but then the whole movie was boring after the opening scene, was expecting some good scares. This one looks good too but I will wait for the reviews to come out, prefer to see horror films in an empty theater.

I am in love with Jessica she sounds so humble and down to earth in her most of interview she rises above the new actress in Hollywood I hope she stars in CBM movie soon

Ok... This movie looks [frick]ed up. I love it. It better not be a don’t be afraid of the dark crap... looks amazing then is mehhhh

This looks pretty cool. I agree about Alone/Afraid in the dark in that it was a huge disappointment. This looks like a movie I could show at my annual Halloween party. We have kids there so the movies need to be free of sex and drug use and scary movies without that stuff are hard to find. I'll probably watch it on BluRay and decide wether to show it next year.
