It's sad to see the Brubaker run end. He will certainly go down as one of the all-time great writers on Captain America. I've also always been a big fan of Steve Epting's art. Prefer the first two covers. The last one is just a little too... busy for my taste.

I will miss Ed Brubaker! He did a great job writing the Captain America comics. This should be another great read.

Best of luck to you, Ed, in all your future endeavors. Cap won't be the same without you.

Brubaker's fantastic run is the reason why I became a Cap fan. And I love the homage to his own Cap#1 with the fight on the train there. I will be dropping this from my pull list with a heavy heart. I just can't handle JRJr on art...

This guy could write Cap for ever and I'd be happy. He'll be missed. The next guy has HUGE shoes to fill.
