FAN MADE: Trailer For New DEADPOOL Web-Series

Writer/director Chris R. Notarile will be bringing us the new web-series this January, and the man who will be playing the Merc With A Mouth - pro-wrestler Damian Vargas - has sent us over a first look at the trailer. See WW dance "Gangnam Style" with Typhoid Mary after the jump..

Any Deadpool fans out there?

Writer & Director of indie short films & fan films, Chris R. Notarile of Blinky Productions is giving the youtube world a Deadpool Web-Series with Deadpool as he was originally intended to be (not too funny, not too over the top, and still ass-kicking)! Notarile has over 200 films under his belt that include more than fan-films. He also has a lot of self written orginal peices. Including his award winning short film "Choice." In additon, he is the writer and creator of The Protector currently being publised by Hound Comics. Chris himself will be voicing the character of Deadpool.

Well who will be playing the physical character than?

That honor has fallen to Damian (Dragon) Vargas. Damian is a professional wrestler of 17 years on the Northeast wrestling scene. In addition he is the co-host of Nerd Herders on BlogTalkRadio along side wife Veronica "Foxy Foxxy" Vargas. The subject matter of the show is everything nerdgazmic from comics to games, movies and more. He is also a martial artist, graphic artist, fanboy, gamer and self admitted "nerd." An honor Damian proudly wears and expresses.

In all seriousness this guy's films have always been hit or miss to me I liked his Punisher stuff, to me that is some of the greatest fan film work I've ever seen, I also liked his Mr. J stuff at first but by the last episode I stopped caring. I didn't really care for the Daredevil film he did, but this looks like it could be fun... If Gangnam Styles isn't in the series at all.

looks bad, I know it is a fan film but he says he has 200 films under his belt. really bad executed, nothing seemed like DP and the costume could be better

An R rated, Ryan Reynolds starring, third/fourth wall breaking violent ass Deadpool film would shred and make what Marvel cares most for: $! Sucks about the recent gun related tragedies.., for so many reasons.., there Deadpool fans. That was sick depressing shit. Thank you emersive video games and egotistical parents!

Looks like the same crap quality as that horrible "Just another Tuesday" or whatever.

Not trying to be a hater, but as a Deadpool aficionado, my FanFilm expectations weigh heavily on a person's ability to 'channel' the character - and this just doesn't 'do it' for me. JMO
