Let me tell you, they did a GREAT job adapting this story. If I have any regrets, it's that it's a two-part film. Wish they'd just made it feature length, but it's well done.
GoILL - 8/28/2012, 2:02 PM
@EdGross you've seen it already?
WorldsGreatestdetective - 8/28/2012, 2:06 PM

ARE YOU STUPID OR WHAT?

have you read the dark knight returns??
bcom77 - 8/29/2012, 4:06 AM
You Britts don't get the Avengers on DVD until mid next month? I'm in New Zealand and it was released here today. Picked it up on 3D blu-ray and it is SWEET!!! Anyways, I have been wanting a faithful adaption, animated or live action, of The Dark Knight returns ever since I read it over 10 years ago. From the clips they've shown so far, it does look incredibly faithful. Has it been announced who's voicing the joker yet? Had a bit of a smile on my face when they used the "you're in for a show kid" line in The Dark Knight Rises. I still would love to see an epic live action version of it one day. Give Hugh Jackman a few more years and I reckon he'd make a great aged Bruce Wayne / Batman.
