Last week Marvel Comics reimagined some of rap's most popular album covers as comic book variants.  The result was 11 pretty amazing images inspired by album covers from Dr Dre to De La Soul. The variant covers can be viewed here on CBM.

With a scheduled fifty different variants set to be released in the near future, Marvel Comic's Editor-In-Chief Axel Alonso has unveiled three more covers, featuring albums from Nas, The Roots, and Pete Rock & CL Smooth as  inspirations for Spider-Man, The Avengers, and Hawkeye. Take a look at all of them below, as well as the original covers which inspired them.

Nas' Illmatic
The Roots' Illadelph Halflife
Pete Rock & CL Smooth's Mecca & The Soul Brother

With over 30 covers yet to be released, which album covers do you hope they reimagine? Leave you comments in the usual place.
