Loved the Van Williams/ Bruce Lee Green Hornet show. Had to buy a bootleg off of Ebay to enjoy it!
MexicanSuperman - 3/11/2014, 10:58 AM
That is pretty cool.
Tevii - 3/11/2014, 11:01 AM
Wouldve thought this was so much cooler if it had nothing to do with the Adam West Batman and was the comic book Batman and Green Hornet
JorEllinator - 3/11/2014, 11:02 AM
Oh, we can't help but wonder... how big is Liam Neeson's c*ck?
Hollywood Babble-On FTW!

Batman ’66 Meets the Green Hornet? This sounds like a job for Alex Ross.
soberchimera - 3/11/2014, 11:34 AM

Saintsinnister - 3/11/2014, 11:57 AM
Shittiest BAT MAN ever! Took years for him to recover from that shit show. Doesn't Kevin Smith have another reality show or Clerks 3 he should be working on? I say smoke another one and go back to the drawing board Silent Bob. BTW I liked him waaaaay more as Silent Bob, now this guy is everywhere just rambling on and on like a self proclaimed nerd king. Phuck off lunchbox.
BasedThanos - 3/11/2014, 12:00 PM
Someone photoshop Seth Rogen Green Hornet with Christian Bale's Batman lmao.
KrazyForKomix - 3/11/2014, 12:06 PM
@ soberchimera

Um . . . not really. This ultra-cool twist (more directly drawn from mythology) has made Wonder Woman one of the best things DC has put out in years.
AND BEFORE anyone goes apesheet, there ARE other good DC titles. Wonder Woman is, as I said, one of it's best in a good many years.
thebearjew - 3/11/2014, 12:11 PM
oh ............. it's adam west batman ... ok
thebearjew - 3/11/2014, 12:11 PM
new 52 wonder woman IS awesome I HIGHLY recommend it!
blackandyellow - 3/11/2014, 12:14 PM
The Green Hornet with Seth Rogen was one of the best CBMs ever made. Just ask Gusto.
TheFox - 3/11/2014, 12:20 PM
HOLY SH*T YES!!!

This is the coolest crossover idea I could possibly imagine! And honestly... KEVIN SMITH writing Batman '66? That sounds unbelievably cool!

... Now as long as this miniseries ships on TIME, and actually FINISHES, rather than just petering out after an issue or two, we'll be good to go!

Come on, Kevin... if you're gonna do it, then actually DO IT!

@KrazyForKomix: "Ultra-cool twist"? Bullsh*t.

Wonder Woman has been misogynistic garbage since Azzarello took over and turned the book into a showcase for his "Olympic Gods-as-dysfunctional family" story, occasionally co-starring Wonder Woman. Turning Diana into the bastard love-child of Zeus DOES make it closer to Greek mythology, yes, but it also robs the character of her special nature-- she comes from a world where she's SURROUNDED by demigods, many of them Zeus'... so dramatically speaking, what makes her special now?

And what that guy did to the Amazons as a people is unforgivable.

The whole POINT of the Amazons is that they were a peaceful yet proud warrior race who were painted as monsters in the history books because of misogyny. But Azzarello blew away that whole concept and turned them into monsters again, shortly before writing them out of the book almost entirely.

And why? So he could get them out of the way to make room for the Gods as Diana's family. He completely destroyed them on a conceptual level, just because they didn't fit into the story HE wanted to tell.

Seriously, f%$# that guy. The day he finally lets go of the stranglehold he's had on that book, I'm breaking out the goddamn champagne.

Azzarellos' WW looks and sounds [frick]ing wack.
@TheFox
And all the Greek gods are weird as shit...like Ares is an old guy with bloody feet that makes people around him kill each other.
Super12 - 3/11/2014, 12:34 PM
This had to be one of the first crossovers in comic history...I didn't know the two shows aired around the same time. This is cool, I'd be interested in it! I actually like the Green Hornet show a lot
PhilWillKIll - 3/11/2014, 12:37 PM
@Saintsinnister

People who hate on the 60s show quite simply know nothing about Batman. So in order to aid you in knowing more about a character I'm sure you love, and also not look like an idiot when spouting your opinion, I suggest you read the following article.

http://www.geekscape.net/how-the-1960s-batman-television-series-helped-save-batman

Also, people who hate on Kevin really know nothing about him and probably only saw the movies about him and Jay. I suggest listening to any of his podcasts or even interviews. It's pretty easy to notice that the guy is super down to earth and honest about his experiences, as well as one of the sweetest guys I've ever had the privilege to not meet, but gotten to know thanks to the openness with which he talks about his life as a writer, director, family man and friend. In conclusion, he's not a self-proclaimed king of anything. His fans and geekdom in general have put him in that position because they recognize it takes a certain kind of cool to go through the Hollywood grinder and come out not just honest, but real as [frick]. That was my nice way of saying: you don't know jack or [frick] about what you're talking about so it'd be cool to take time to learn some son.
TheRealistStarLord - 3/11/2014, 12:43 PM
I really wish Rocksteady would make a Batman video game based on Adam West's version, the same style like GTA. That would be a dream!
beane2099 - 3/11/2014, 12:45 PM
Ever since Batman '66 was announced I've been waiting for the day when we see a crossover with George Reeves' Superman.
micvalpro - 3/11/2014, 12:47 PM
As much as Kevin smith sweats you would think he'd be a lot thinner...
Pharaoh - 3/11/2014, 1:06 PM
Azzarello's Wonder Woman has been the best run DC have done since the relaunch hands down it's a damn shame that the team is changing because so far its a quality series...
Tevii - 3/11/2014, 2:53 PM
TheFox - so something they ACTUALLY did already on television over 40 years ago is the best crossover you could imagine?

johnblake - 3/11/2014, 3:24 PM
@ the realiststarlord- dude you too. I really want a batman 60s game. I was really hoping they'd put the costume on injustice but they didn't. They put it on arkham city instead.

Also yea people who complain about the sixties show know nothing about batman. It is the most accurate version of the chracter from panel to screen. Just read a 60s comic and watch the show. Same exact universe I swear.
Saintsinnister - 3/11/2014, 8:30 PM
@philwillkill
Phuck you, phuck 60's Batman, and phuck Kevin Smith. haha nah for real I don't hate Kevin Smith, but he does talk too damn much sometimes. Like who knew Silent Bob wouldn't shut the phuck up when he finally opened his mouth. He is a cool dude but get off his dick son. Ever see jersy girl or Cop Out? . . as for early Bat Man, those comics sucked dick and we all know it, and so did the show that followed. It wasn't until the mid seventies when we finally got decent stories about Bat Man. Kid friendly Bat Man is campy bull shit. So suck on that hoe. Don't give a rats ass if you are being nice I can talk shit with the best of them and am not afraid to say how I feel.
