First Sneak Peek Clip From ONCE UPON A TIME Season 6 Introduces Aladdin & Jafar

It's the calm before the Warner Bros. storm, and we have a pretty cool piece of news for you. Once Upon A Time will finally be introducing Aladdin & Jafar when it returns for season six.

Once Upon A Time just wrapped up their SDCC panel and dropped a pretty major piece of news - Aladdin & Jafar are coming to Storybrooke!

Following the additions of Giles Matthey (24: Live Another Day) as Morpheus and Craig Horner (Legend Of The Seeker) as the Count of Monte Cristo, the hit ABC show has now officially announced the castings of Deniz Akdeniz (Graceland) as Aladdin and Oded Fehr (Covert Affairs) as the evil Jafar. Further details on their roles and/or how they'll be incorporated into the story were unavailable, but they did release the first clip from season six, which introduces us to the two iconic Disney characters. There was an enchanted forest filled with all the classic fairy tale characters we know and love… until a curse trapped them in a place called Storybrooke. After the curse was broken, new dangers, magical forces, and exciting worlds have continued to emerge. Now, the fairytale characters cope with Emma's new role as The Dark One and begin the search for Merlin. This is a journey that will take our heroes from the Enchanted Forest to Camelot and along the way bring many surprises, including encounters with a brave and headstrong Scottish princess named Merida.

Enjoy rumplestiltskin but this show is so terrible. But in a kind of so bad you can't stop watching way, I've noticed if I flick past. Reminds me of the old soap operas mothers watch, Bold and the Beautiful and all that, but with really awful special effects thrown in. Why does Aladdin have a cockney accent?

If Disney ever makes a live action movie I'd like to see Rami Malek as Alladin and Alexander Siddig as Jafar.

As for these castings both are great choices and it will be fun to see how they play the characters on tv.
