Producer Deborah Snyder Lays Out The DCEU Production Schedule

"So Suicide Squad is in post and that comes out later this summer, and Wonder Woman we just finished most of the bulk of principal photography in London," said Snyder while out promoting Dawn of Justice.

Out promoting the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, producer Deborah Snyder laid out the busy production schedule for the entire DC Extended Universe (DCEU).  Said Snyder, "So Suicide Squad is in post and that comes out later this summer, and Wonder Woman we just finished most of the bulk of principal photography in London. They’re taking a two-week hiatus so Gal [Gadot] can some and do press, and then we go back and shoot the Themiscyra sections in Italy, and then come back for some pickups in London, just some green screen and some tank work, and things like that. We start Justice League April 11th and that is at Leavesden, mostly on stage and some locations around there as well as Iceland and I think a beat in Scotland at the end of the schedule. And we are working with James Wan on the development of the Aquaman script right now, and I’m hoping that sometime first quarter of next year we’ll be in production on that movie as well as working on the script for Flash. So it’s a little busy."

You heard, right. Justice League starts filming on April 11th so check back around that time for the inevitable set photos and leaks.  Hopefully Warner Bros. gets ahead of the leaks and releases official looks at the costumes for characters we've yet to see, like Flash, Mera and Cyborg.

Justice League Part One arrives in theaters on November 17, 2017.While there's a strong possibility that Justice League could shift to a later date, the film will currently compete with Thor: Ragnarok (11/03)  and Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas (11/17)  at the box office.

I just saw BVSDOJ and the movie itself is little better than MOS.
Having said that, it is a divisive movie and fans will felt the same way it happened with MOS, they will love it or they will hate it.

Gadot has the best parts of the movie (she pulled a Faora which was the standout of MOS). And Snyder seems to not be able to evolve more than his visual abilities forgetting about the pacing and storytelling.

I have no doubt that this movie will be huge at the box office. I estimate 1 billion. But it will suffer the same of the Transformers franchise; it will make a lot at the BO but the critics will eat it alive.
EroticNeurotic - 3/22/2016, 11:22 AM
@MrDeadRabbit - Thanks.
Jollem - 3/22/2016, 11:52 AM
just a thing of beauty, really

DomoAgamotto - 3/22/2016, 1:19 PM
@MrDeadRabbit - Is the film description posted on reddit accurate? (if you've read it)
PHOENIXTAYLOR - 3/22/2016, 3:30 PM
@JonHeisenberg - not if it bombs like the five reviews say that it does.
MrDeadRabbit - 3/22/2016, 3:44 PM
@DomoAgamotto - I have not read the reddit description but take a look at RT. Critics are tearing this movie apart. Told ya
TheFamousJMC - 3/22/2016, 4:04 PM
@Jollem - I love a good cancellation schedule :)
Luminus - 3/22/2016, 11:03 PM
@TheFamousJMC - LOL!
willyburz - 3/23/2016, 5:51 PM
@Jollem - still a fool
TheRightOpinion - 3/23/2016, 6:43 PM
@MrDeadRabbit - exactly. Glad to hear an unbiased opinion.

Snyder got a full plate. He was looking a little pale and sick, I hope he gets some rest. I want his A game for JL.
OnePunchBaldy - 3/22/2016, 9:56 AM
Chewtoy - 3/22/2016, 10:13 AM
@OnePunchBaldy - That was my reaction as well. Not in an excited way, mind you.
Omarvls - 3/22/2016, 9:57 AM
So the Green Lantern announcement should be soon

Scorpion8125 - 3/22/2016, 3:15 PM

TheNerdGuy - 3/22/2016, 9:59 AM
Hold on...........Where is Shazam?

Now when I think about it, every actor that was for Justice League got cast before Batman v Superman, Ray Fisher, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, The Rock

The first three are supposed to be in BVS (SPOILERS:they are) but what happened to The Rock? Was he cut from the film altogether?
sixthsense - 3/22/2016, 9:59 AM
@TheNerdGuy - as far as I remember they said Shazam wont be set in DCEU
OnePunchBaldy - 3/22/2016, 10:03 AM
@sixthsense - No he is, they confirmed it. But I think that it could be that Black Adam may be in JL and Darkseid for Pt. 2?
JamesMann - 3/22/2016, 10:05 AM
@TheNerdGuy - Shazam isn't until 2019 and while it is part of the DCEU it's being produced by New Line (a subsidiary of WB). With how far away it is and since The Rock is the villain of that film it wouldn't make sense for him to pop up here.
Supafairy - 3/22/2016, 10:19 AM
@JamesMann - I think they're just bullsh*tting us and the The Rock is actually going to be, would be funny if that happens.
Coleco84 - 3/22/2016, 10:25 AM
@TheNerdGuy - I'm beginning to thing we will get a Black Adam solo film...
TheNerdGuy - 3/22/2016, 10:38 AM
@JamesMann - Ah ok than.
TheNerdGuy - 3/22/2016, 10:38 AM
@Rukawa1984 - That would be great!
Coleco84 - 3/22/2016, 10:39 AM
@TheNerdGuy - Is The Rock, I wouldnt mind. But poor Billy.
Vaportrail - 3/22/2016, 10:00 AM
That means soon... WONDER WOMAN TEASER
Coleco84 - 3/22/2016, 10:44 AM
@Vaportrail - Pretty sure the first trailer is coming in Comic Con. Let them finish the CGi!
EroticNeurotic - 3/22/2016, 10:01 AM
RedRobinDC - 3/22/2016, 10:04 AM
@EroticNeurotic - Rotten Tomatoes isn't a credible source
JamesMann - 3/22/2016, 10:06 AM
@EroticNeurotic - Read the review.

It's a fun one.

Also, it's not supposed to be up for another 8 hours so that guy and his site are about to get screwed.
jaysin420 - 3/22/2016, 10:08 AM
@EroticNeurotic - That guy also gave Zoolander 2 an 8.5 and said it was full of laughs.
IrishComicFan - 3/22/2016, 10:09 AM
@RedRobinDC - Rotten Tomatoes is usually a credible source, however that particular reviewer is not. Most of his opinions are completely whack and out of sync with the everybody else. He liked Zoolander 2 and London has fallen but gave The Room a bad review. lol
billnye69 - 3/22/2016, 10:12 AM
@EroticNeurotic - He likes Zoolander 2 and London has fallen....pfft, yeah he sounds legit.
DutchRudderLovr - 3/22/2016, 10:12 AM
@RedRobinDC - RT is super credible. The only problem is the person who reviewed it is very inconsistent. He gave Room a 5.5/10 but zoolander 2 an 8/10.
MiopTop - 3/22/2016, 10:13 AM
@EroticNeurotic - Doesn't mean much. Just means it can't have 100%
HarshTimes - 3/22/2016, 10:19 AM
@EroticNeurotic - his review is spanish .. he spends most time comparing this movie with marvels . It's like "WB wants to do different from marvel, but that's wrong"
Chewtoy - 3/22/2016, 10:21 AM
@RedRobinDC - Rotten Tomatoes is a perfectly credible source, but one must remember that it is at its best when having a high number of reviews to come to a general consensus, and even then there is no guarantee that your own opinion will not fall within the minority of the ones expressed.

So one negative review right off the bat doesn't mean much, aside from the fact that nobody will have to wait around for the review that breaks the perfect 100% rating.
Coleco84 - 3/22/2016, 10:26 AM
@EroticNeurotic - It begins
Coleco84 - 3/22/2016, 10:26 AM
@RedRobinDC - Because a fanboys saying BvS is the best movie ever made is
EroticNeurotic - 3/22/2016, 10:30 AM
@Rukawa1984 - Why is a critic review valued more than fans?? Plenty of critics don't really GET the CBM genre. They are always looking for Godfather type of film-making. Many are just stuck-up idiots who see CBM as as sort of fad.
