Creator Mark Millar promised an announcement this month and here it is! Universal looks set to make Kick-Ass 2, and while talks with the existing cast are underway, it has been revealed that the sequel has a writer and director in the form of Jeff Wadlow.
We have already heard from Mark Miller on this, but according to John Romita Jr., Kick Ass 2 will indeed start shooting this Summer for a May 2013 release! Chloe Moretz's participation still up in the air.
