With Guardians of the Galaxy due to hit theaters next month, Dave Bautista, who plays Drax
the Destroyer, continues his transition from the world of professional wrestling to becoming a formidable big screen actor. He recently starred as "Brass Body" in The Man With The Iron Fists and co-starred with Vin Diesl (Fast And The Furious, Guardians of the Galaxy) in Riddick.  In this exclusive clip for L.A. Slasher we see him go toe-to-toe with veteran Danny Trejo.

Trejo, best known for his Machete character has been busy lately as well. His singing and dancing routines for Muppets Most Wanted stood out as one of the most memorable moments of the movie. At 70 years old, he doesn’t seem to show any signs of slowing down. He currently has 13 films in post-production. How many other actors can still play a bad ass at 70 years old?

The L.A. Slasher publicly abducts a series of reality TV stars, while the media and general public in turn begin to question if society is better off without them. This neon pop horror film is a biting, social satire about reality TV and the glorification of people who are famous for simply being famous, “L.A. Slasher” explores why it has become acceptable and even admirable for people to become influential and wealthy based on no merit or talent - purely through notoriety achieved through shameful behavior.

Dave Bautista and Danny Trejo play drug dealers who inadvertently get caught up in the L.A. Slasher’s world. In this exclusive scene from L.A. Slasher, Bautista lays out what could happen if you eat a twinkie while getting a haircut. His experience in wrestling comes in handy as he deftly suplexes the punch line.
