FordEl - 8/21/2014, 12:44 PM
Not surprising kryponite is involved. Nice find

MrBlackjack - 8/21/2014, 12:45 PM
It honestly looks like an old piece of shit.
Pasto - 8/21/2014, 12:46 PM
It's totally moldy bread.
FordEl - 8/21/2014, 12:46 PM
@MrBlackjack

Lol
DAGuess - 8/21/2014, 12:48 PM
As we know from previous sci fi, aliens and Earth bacteria/fungi don't mix. That's right, I'm calling you out War of the Worlds!
SuperCat - 8/21/2014, 12:49 PM
Hash!
Pasto - 8/21/2014, 12:49 PM
Aliens also hate water. That comes from the credible documentary, 'Signs'.
Desrow - 8/21/2014, 12:49 PM
Looks like...

Highflyer - 8/21/2014, 12:49 PM
Intergalactic weed.
Nomadic1 - 8/21/2014, 12:50 PM
Yea, rocks!
DEVLIN712 - 8/21/2014, 12:50 PM
Maybe this is the raw material or ore and the classic green crystal look is the refined/processed product
Klone - 8/21/2014, 12:50 PM
Looks like green bread.
TheDirtyMexican - 8/21/2014, 12:51 PM
Good guesses everyone, but that's clearly a mold of a newborn Sasquatch footprint.
DAGuess - 8/21/2014, 12:51 PM
Superman vs Batman vs yeast infection.
SauronsBANE - 8/21/2014, 12:51 PM
I must be missing something. Unless Kryptonite is a natural-occurring metal under Metropolis, this is just a prop newspaper article about the soil underneath the city.
MrCBM56 - 8/21/2014, 12:51 PM
@Desrow Exactly what I thought haha.

@Pasto It was great delving inside Mel Gibson's everyday lifestyle.
nighteagle - 8/21/2014, 12:53 PM
ok. so the last few sentences state that there were kids playing in an old clubhouse where the toxic stuff was found.. maybe Lex when he was a kid played there and now he has is kryptonite poisoning and thats why he's losing his hair?
FordEl - 8/21/2014, 12:53 PM
@SauronsBANE

My thoughts exactly. I don't think this article is really relevant to any plot points.
Maia87 - 8/21/2014, 12:53 PM
SPOILER: both Luthor and Wayne have Kryptonite, and use it to beat the crap out of Superman.
FordEl - 8/21/2014, 12:54 PM
@nighteagle

Maybe. Either way Eisenberg is going to lose his hair. He looks more Lex Luthor-y without it.
Batman52 - 8/21/2014, 12:55 PM
Oh Sh#it Superman about to get his a$# Whoop by Batman.
Desrow - 8/21/2014, 12:55 PM
@MrCBM56,

Pasto - 8/21/2014, 12:56 PM
@MrCBM56
You know how many people's fingers he's cut off on a regular basis? It has to stop.

Suburbs scare the f*ck out of me. I swear to god. I see all those houses lined up side-by-side, with their little fences and shit, and I think "this is where you go die. With two kids, and a shitload of alimony. And a dog that keeps shitting the carpet, and screwing the neighbour's dog."

I hate staying in one place for too long as it is. It's a miracle if I live in the same place for more than a few years.
Nomadic1 - 8/21/2014, 12:57 PM
Ummmmm, where you gonna put that?
Gusto - 8/21/2014, 12:57 PM
Des put this up earlier.
SuperCat - 8/21/2014, 12:57 PM
SauronsBANE - 8/21/2014, 12:59 PM
@FordEl, Agreed. I mean, for all we know, Kryptonite WILL have a part to play in the movie...but I don't think this is any proof of that. We're reading a bit too much into a prop newspaper article with a picture of a rock.
yossarian - 8/21/2014, 12:59 PM
@Pasto - Guess what?
SuperCat - 8/21/2014, 12:59 PM
MrMartinMarvel - 8/21/2014, 1:01 PM
Kinda looks like a rotted sea sponge.
LAsBruceWayne - 8/21/2014, 1:01 PM
MrNiklander - 8/21/2014, 1:01 PM
Wait Kryptonite has been already on Earth?!How is that even possible?
Desrow - 8/21/2014, 1:02 PM
@Gusto, Love you old fart.
