as soon as T'Challa realizes that hand to hand is nearly futile, he will play to the shadows, he will try to get Slade to tire himself. The Seasoned Slade, however, might notice what he's up to and try to end it quick.

There are a lot of factors at play here. The outcome depends on the location of the fight.

I would probably place my bet on Black Panther because he could use his Vibranium weapons which would destroy anything Slade has.

I would say Black Panther has a better chance at defeating Deathstroke than, lets say, Captain America or even Batman for that matter. His Vibranium suit gives him a huge edge as Deathstroke's attacks wouldn't really do any good since they would be robbed of their momentum. And Panther's anti-metal claws would make Strokes weapons useless.

but Deathstroke utilizes Promethium the same way BP uses Vibranium. so it's safe to say that Promethium is the DC version of Adamantium. Super strong, indestructible, and is what Cyborg's armor and Deathstroke's sword shield and micro-fiber suit are made of.

Lol. @LukeCage2012. I know right. I was just trying to point out that that would nt happen to BPs suit, well maybe the slashing part but not the stabbing.
