Problem with The Rock for me is he needs to switch up his characters a little bit. He basically plays them the same. Talks the same speed, same mannerisms, almost exactly the same facial expressions like he does in wrestling. Still I dont mind him in a movie because he is a decent actor.

Big name actors for lesser known heroes that would probably end up sucking.

Hey have you guys seen that the fan film Lobo Paramilitary Christmas Special? I think the guy in that would be awesome for Lobo or Jeffrey Morgan. They can do it like the Hellboy films. Lobo can be DC's new Hellboy.

I really don't see Lobo being a successful film, how ever they do it. As a fan, I'd want ultra, wall to wall violence. ANd that's going to really limit the audience.

But if you're going to change it enough to make it a Will Smith movie (which, they'd HAVE to change it drastically), then why bother making Lobo at all? Just do Will Smith as a space bounty hunter and move on.
