Joker-Could go either way seeing as they both have guns those with all his weapon disguise as harmless pranks he might have the advantage in a first time encounter.

Sinestro-Could've sworn this fight happened already well either way Sinestro stomps effortlessly.Bucky's out gunned,out powered,and plain simply out matched. Guns,bombs,kicks,and punches just simply isn't a match for a power ring.

Cap-While I'm fairly certain Ivy toxin wont effect Cap due to his altered physiology.

Snake-Eyes-Snake-Eyes eat chumps likes these for breakfast.Superior skills and a wide range of weaponry nets Snakes the win.

Sinestro-why is he suddenly down in a middleweight fight after being heavyweight earlier?

Cap-he would never let her kiss him, and the poison wouldn't work anyway. And how is she in a heavweight fight?
