first time encounter Slade wins, dude can use 90% of his brain capacity so i don't think tie be too much of a stretch to think that Deathstroke can formulate a plan on the spot to deal with Sandman. All the hypocrites on here give Captain America that tactical edge so u gotta give it to Wilson even more id say.

So many Spidey fans in denial.

Witchblade is a sentient adapting object that adapts to pretty much any and all situations.
Strong openent? armour activates. Opponent gets close? Razor sharp tentacles disperse. Attack on the ground? A
Take to the skies.

Spidey jumping around Hulk is nothing when you have several razor sharp tentacles as previously stated read to attack from all angles. There's been plenty of contradictions to Spidey's feat but with Witchblade it's always been stated how powerful the object is and how it's defeated even the most remarkable angels and demons.

The Witchblade reacts even when Sara is unaware. When she first gained it, her wounds completely healed and she incinerated everyone around her.

Oh by the way Cherry, Welcome to fight club. The only rule is we don't talk about fight club, (or Loud's weird obsession with Cap) ;) You best bring your A game but at least you'll never get random boob pics in these threads.

TO THE FIGHTS:

The first is a tough one but deathstroke is pretty resilient and resourceful. So I think after fighting for about 10 minutes with Sandman he figures out a way to beat him.

Steel's hammer is a beast so one connect and Goblin is out.

For the main event, I have to agree with Virile on this one. Spidey is to fast, strong and the fact of the matter he's beaten people with similar experiences. For tentacles, he's beaten Dr. Octopus and Carnage. For Armor, take your pic, from the Spider Slayers to countless opponents. The question is how strong is the armor? Depending how tough it is, Spidey could penetrate or cause damage through it. (If you understand Force, the armor would deflect or absorb a certain percentage, however there would be damage done underneath ie. a bulletproof vest will save you from getting shot, but it will still break a rib or two). So imagine getting hit with 10 ton bullets in rapid succession. I think Spidey takes this.
