Upon going to the website the following is appears. It is the main page of the site.


Upon closer inspection this patent application outlines what Rykin is developing. It seems to be a software program to sort through all personal information of Gotham residents. How does this fit into The Dark Knight Rises? Keep chacking the site and see The Dark Knight Rises in theaters July 20.
