X-Men: A Legacy Left Behind

Plot- After the events that took place in X-Men: The Last Stand (2006), all of the X-Men are trying to move on with there lives. But as seen in the after credits, there may be hints of Charles Xavier still being alive, just in a different body. With Storm maintaining the school, Hank McCoy/Beast (Kelsey Grammar) discovers hidden research throughout the school. This research contained information on Xavier's past, and his research throughout all of his years, which include his theory of switching bodies, and specifically his followings of the path of his first enemy, Sebastian Shaw, and the continuation of his ideal world denomination. Hank discovers that Sebastian's son, Shinobi Shaw (Daniel Day Lewis) has established his own group called the "Upstarts," an evil group of mutants who seek to follow in his father's footsteps. Beast and Storm realize that it's there goal to succeed Professor X, and build a new, fierce team to take down the "Upstarts." Bringing back former members Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), a matured group of mutants Colossus (Armie Hammer) and Shadowcat (Lyndsy Fonseca), and as well recruiting new, special members Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) and Gambit (Tyler Kitsch). "expert casting" - nice, especially since you ended up using half of the actors who have already played the roles

BUT for the ones you casted differently i like your choices

Honestly, I wouldn't mind another X-Men film. If Marvel can somehow convince 20th Century Fox to share rights of the X-Men, then maybe some risks can be taken: better director, broader storylines (no more politicking; we wants Days of Future Past or Age of Apocalypse). And maybe we can see some mutants like Dazzler on screen; wasn't Ashley Tisdale gunning for the role from what Mistress Kizuna told me on her X-Men fancast last year?

And yes, Armie Hammer would be perfect for Colossus. He's young enough, very popular, and stands at 6'5". For inquiring minds, Colossus is supposed to look a little handsome, so don't worry if Armie would be better off as Angel, because Angel is 6'.

I also like Lyndsy Fonseca for Shadowcat.

I think some casting changes need to be made. How about switching Kelsey Grammer with Kiefer Sutherland? They both look and sound the same. And I somehow see Kiefer doing the whole intelligent factor. Hey, I'm a fan of 24, sue me!

Great article, dude.

Oh, and might I applaud for you using Nicky Whelan in a fancast. Wow, she is so damn hot, it's a sin. And deserving of some movie roles, might I add.

wow. this sure was expert casting... way to toot your own horn. and it wasn't. it sucked. nothing original there. 80% of these are previous cast members.
