Synopsis:A decade after his heroic defeat of the monstrous Kraken, Perseus is attempting to live a quieter life as a village fisherman and the sole parent to his 10-year-old son, Helius. Meanwhile, a struggle for supremacy rages between the gods and the Titans. Dangerously weakened by humanity's lack of devotion, the gods are losing control of the imprisoned Titans and their ferocious leader, Kronos, father of the long-ruling brothers Zeus, Hades and Poseidon. The triumvirate had overthrown their powerful father long ago, leaving him to rot in the gloomy abyss of Tartarus, a dungeon that lies deep within the cavernous underworld.

Perseus cannot ignore his true calling when Hades, along with Zeus's godly son, Ares (Édgar Ramírez), switch loyalty and make a deal with Kronos to capture Zeus. The Titans' strength grows stronger as Zeus's remaining godly powers are siphoned, and hell is unleashed on earth. Enlisting the help of the warrior Queen Andromeda (Rosamund Pike), Poseidon's demigod son, Agenor (Toby Kebbell), and fallen god Hephaestus (Bill Nighy), Perseus bravely embarks on a treacherous quest into the underworld to rescue Zeus, overthrow the Titans and save mankind

Wrath of the Titans is an upcoming fantasy film and sequel to the 2010 film, Clash of the Titans. The film stars Sam Worthington, Ralph Fiennes, Liam Neeson, Danny Huston, Édgar Ramírez, Bill Nighy, Toby Kebbell and Rosamund Pike with Jonathan Liebesman directing a screenplay by Dan Mazeau, David Leslie Johnson and Steven Knight. The film is scheduled for a March 30, 2012 release in 3D.

'Clash' was boring.
The Original was EPIC.
'Wrath' in 3D[?] sounds interesting though.

I can't believe they're making a sequel to that shit...but could be good,if they work a little harder in the script and skip Sam Worthington

I remember watching the stop-motion animation of the original film wondering why it's considered a classic.

Perseus just seem he was out of time. He had too modern a look.

@skidz King Kong is a classic not sure about the original clash of the Titans being considered a classic but still a film being a classic or not is not dictated by techinological limitations of the time. I would consider some of the old Sinbad movies more of a classic the clash. As a kid I was mesmerized by those old Ray Harrhousen effects. There is more artistry in them and I have to say kids these days are pretty spoiled by all the CG effect. Its a shame in a way as a lot of it leaves nothing to the imagination. Probably why a lot of films are a bit weak anymore.

If ever there was a movie that did not need a sequel, it would be the pile of triceratops shit that would be the Clash of the Titans remake. In fact, this movie actually needs the opposite of a sequel; it should be erased from the memories of anyone who saw it and then eradicated from human history. It never happened.
