SDCC 2012: Marvel Studios Reveal Official Title Cards For Their "Phase Two" Movies

What a day this has been, eh? Following on from all the great announcements and footage screenings, Marvel has now released the official title cards for Ant-Man, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World.

GOTG's logo is some glorious stuff. And, I hope Iron Man 4 (and beyond) gets a subtitle instead. I'm absolutely liking The Dark World and The Winter Soldier.

I think Ant-Man is going to be the other 2015 movie, along with Avengers, but that's just my guess. Hopefully it'll include Wasp.

The Avengers versus Ultron is (in some stretch) confirmed. And is Ant-Man Eric O'Grady? With Henry Pym as the tech inventor? Or is Scott Lang going to be in the suit? Today is insanely mindblowing.

i was psyched to see the guardians but now that i've seen the roster no way in hell im going to see the movie. I was always a fan of the original roster...it wouldn't have hurt them to include an original member in there.

Great new logos. Except for the Thor: The Dark World one, perhaps. The first one was more...elegant, that godly epic look. I don't know how to describe it. All these look very comic book-ish, though, which is totally a good thing.

This all good. I think The Avengers 2 should come out in 2016, that way BP & Ant-Man can come out in 2015. I want them in the next Avengers film.

GOTG logo is a winner. Thor 2 looks ok, I guess. And IM3 is just epic. I couldn't really care less about ant-man though.

has potential, but is missing something. IDK, I'll say this: Compared to the Spider-Man movies and the recent Nolan-verse Batman movies, I'm left wanting something more iconic or something that screams "iconicism."

Why are people thinking Black Panther isn't in the mix? Too early to say and there has been enough talk that they are doing a BP film, so I am not too worried.

I wish DC would decide to do something beyond the usual Batman and Superman. Green Lantern was an attempt, but I mean be successful at doing something beyond their two standby characters. That's the wishful thinking of the DC fan side of me.

They all look great except the Thor one. I hope that they go back to the original one because the title looks stupid. I'm a huge of Thor, however this title cards stupid. Hopefully they change it back. I'm liking Cap's and GotG. Let phase two begin!!!

@ Ranger14 DC will have something coming out in 2014. After what happend with Green Lantern can you really blame them for being a little worried with there future? Man Of Steel will be the key to DC's future. I hope they take a chance with Flash in 2014.
