Batman, Incorporated will come to an end with this July's issue #13. Writer Grant Morrison will finally end the epic run which began with the story that introduced the now deceased Damian Wayne to the DC Universe. Even before the launch of "The New 52", the whole concept of Batman Inc. was very much Morrison's, so perhaps it shouldn't come as a surprise that the series will end when HE leaves the title. This news will more than likely come as a huge relief to comic book fans who are already laying down a lot of money on the massive selection of Bat-books on stands.

• FINAL ISSUE
• Batman saves the world and loses everything.

thorhulk77 - 4/5/2013, 5:57 PM
Yes, good comic series but we need less Bat titles.
alexi52 - 4/5/2013, 6:02 PM

Wingding - 4/5/2013, 6:10 PM
My first reaction when I saw the title of this article on main was, "Good."
polarkyle - 4/5/2013, 6:26 PM
Don't worry, there's still like 10 more bat titles
dicktrickle - 4/5/2013, 6:33 PM
@wingding. Me too.
BatmanFTW - 4/5/2013, 6:34 PM
Thank God, I thought Batman Inc was awful. Bring on something better!
batmbl - 4/5/2013, 6:38 PM
My assumption is that Batman/Superman is considered the replacement title for Batman Inc. It makes the most sense.
MatchesMalone1989 - 4/5/2013, 6:39 PM
Damn. This was one long run of Batman stories. Mr Morrison it was good while it lasted. Let's see what writer can put Batman through more stress than he received in Morrison's run!
Thegeekygurl - 4/5/2013, 6:49 PM
Batman should be the one and only Batman. Not part of a Batman Corps.
OtakuPapi - 4/5/2013, 6:55 PM
Initial thought! Good! One of the more unnecessary Bat books. Plus Grant Morrision Yo Bastard You Killed Damien(south park reference)
MatchesMalone1989 - 4/5/2013, 6:57 PM
He wasnt part of a Batman Corps. He Ran it. It was like a rebirth of the Outsiders/Club Of Heros

Never liked the concept of Batman Incorporated. It needed to end.

This is on Kickstarter under Blaque Sun. Check It Out.
alexi52 - 4/5/2013, 7:07 PM
removing this one , there are now 12 bat-titles

batman, batman dark knight ,batman and robin , detective , batgirl , batwoman , birds of prey, talon , red hood , batwings , nightwings , and catwoman

and thats not counting his appearances in other books like justice league and superman/batman
MatchesMalone1989 - 4/5/2013, 7:18 PM
mowood thats you writing?
aRandomSinisterClone - 4/5/2013, 7:28 PM
awesome, not a fan at all. Grant Morrison tries being overly complicated and smart for the sake of it. a comic book shouldnt that difficult to read and understand. LOVE scott/greg's batman book. i just wish Detective Comics would go back to actual detective batman stories. like mysteries N solving crimes more
Sortis - 4/5/2013, 7:35 PM
retarded story arc anyway, good riddance
longbowhunter - 4/5/2013, 7:50 PM
I've sincerely enjoyed this series. It was only made better in its second volume when Chris Burnham came on board.
thatcoldblackcloud - 4/5/2013, 8:20 PM
Meh, the whole spark that Batman Inc had died in the reboot, but Morrison just HAD to end this garbage so well, there you have it.
Jhuntdaprodigy - 4/5/2013, 8:40 PM
I didn't read it anyway, but it was garbage from what I can tell. Bring on the Batman & Superman book.
Shadowelfz - 4/5/2013, 9:30 PM
Thank god its over.
Asterisk - 4/5/2013, 9:32 PM
I HAVE MAGGOTS IN MY SCROOOOOOtum.

Sad to see it leave.
duncboy - 4/5/2013, 9:41 PM
Glad this is ending, even though I've read it from the start (pre-New 52). I liked the concept of "Batman Inc." but it never really felt like it was executed well.
EtriganTheDemon - 4/5/2013, 9:48 PM
What the hell is with all the "Glad this is over" / "Good riddance" shit. It's MASTERFUL, but if you wanna stick with Snyder's boring writing, that's your choice.

Yes, he's boring. Hate me. Go Ahead.
MatchesMalone1989 - 4/5/2013, 10:07 PM
GM run had detective stories. Maybe I missed the parts where it didn't feel like that....
loki668 - 4/5/2013, 10:44 PM
It will be replaced by a new title: Batman, LLC.

Lord Loki has spoken
Ceejay - 4/6/2013, 4:43 AM
Keep Batman concentrated on the city he and his father were concerned with, Gotham!

Policing the world is for the superheroes with stupid fairytale level powers and abilities like Superman and Green Lantern.
UltimaRex - 4/6/2013, 5:07 AM
@Ceejay. And James Bond.
AC1 - 4/6/2013, 5:11 AM
I can see a day when DC has to set up a separate 52 titles focusing solely on Batman. And he'd also have like 10 titles or appearances in the other 52 featuring the rest of the DC universe.
xfactor - 4/6/2013, 7:11 AM
cool, cuz batman has way too many titles and it can leave you broke! i still got my superman and marvel titles to pick up, and batman has at least 2 books that come out every wednesday.
DrDoom - 4/6/2013, 9:22 AM
They're canceling a Batman title?
They better make ten more Batman titles to compensate.

Batman: The Dark Knight
Batman: The Darker Knight
Batman: The Darkest Knight
Batman: The Dark Night
Batman: The Darker Night
Batman: The Darkest Night
Batman: Knight of the Night
Batman: Night of the Knight
Batman: The Batman
Batman: Darkness of the Night
Nucastle - 4/6/2013, 9:53 AM
It's easy to hate on something you didn't read or bother to try to understand.
ColonelKilgore - 4/6/2013, 11:04 AM
I never understood why there was a Batman, Inc. in the 1st place. The idea that there is/could be more than one Batman was stupid to me. Then again, so is having a stealth plane to fight street crime.
jimdotbeep - 4/6/2013, 2:54 PM
Seriously?!!! We're supposed to take yet another "shock" death of Batman seriously?!! We're supposed to believe that Warner Bros. and DC is permanently killing off their greatest Cash Cow?!! The WB and DC should concentrating on making the Justice league book not suck ass, getting Damian Wayne Back, and Getting the DC Cinematic Universe off the ground.
Brady1138 - 4/6/2013, 3:37 PM
@jimdotbeep Wow. Where the heck did you see "death" in that? Just because they end a title, it doesn't mean BATMAN's dying. Do you know how many Batman titles will continue (including Batman: The Dark Knight...ugh)?

You, sir, are incredible.
