Trailer for #2 kicks butt(wall).

I'll have to watch the first one before commenting on the unsurpassed bone-crushing. Hope it's that good.

I didn't think the original Raid was that great....not bad, but not great. A better "siege" movie is Dredd.

Is he going to fight his way through a prison? If so that will be awesome. I really hope this movie brings something new to the table and not just the same thing. The first movie was amazing so I hope this is also.

Gnyah123 - 12/29/2013, 10:57 AM
so is it true that this movie takes place 2 hours after the first movie?
apparently the director doesnt like to give his actors breaks....like a 2 year gap in between..

The Raid: Redemption was pretty great. Saw it the other night on Starz for the first time in a year. Wish we had more movies like it.
Killuminatic - 12/29/2013, 12:53 PM
@Gnyah123 Yes it's true, however it will then span a couple more years as we see Rama go undercover and infiltrate Jakarta crime syndicate.

can't wait. The Raid is one of my all time favorite action films. There was some tremendous action sequences and the kills were varied and creative.
