Maybe these two stupid companies realized the best way to help each other is to promote the movies together, keep comic book films large and in charge and rake in the money. So now The Dark Knight trailer AND The Avengers all in one sitting? Toss on a new trailer for The Hobbit, Promethus, and something amazing for Amazing Spider-Man and you may have geek heaven.

this will depend on the movie theater but the timing (given that the trailer is ready) is such that it will likely be in front for most theaters. however, it may not be first or second or even third.

How does a DC/WB movie get attached to a DISNEY/MARVEL movie? Who came up with this decision?

elessarundomiel2382 - It's not that surprising, they did this with Inception and The Dark Knight, putting those trailers in front of IM 2/IM

This is great! A trailer for my second most-anticipated summer movie attached to my most-anticipated summer movie? What more can a guy ask for?

Kevin Smith was right, the fight is pointless and now Marvel and DC know what is better for business. Shocked since Spiderman 3 will likely be on a trailer as that comes out 2 weeks before Dark Knight Rises and Marvel's other cash cow franchise.
