Most of the content is the same as the thirteen minute featurette that was posted earlier today. So what is new? There is a longer shot of Batman on the bridge. A snippet of Bruce jumping out of a window. There is Bane throwing a counterpunch after Batman misses. We also have a shot of Bruce doing situps behind bars, and Anne Hathaway's version of the "you've given them everything" line is different than what we've previously seen.

The Dark Knight Rises
hits theaters July 20th 2012 and stars Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Michael Caine as Alfred Pennyworth, Gary Oldman as Jim Gordon, Tom Hardy as Bane, Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle, Joseph Gordon-Levitt as John Blake and Marion Cotillard as Miranda Tate.

The Batcave is gonna be way better than I had ever imagined it would be after Batman Begins.
Water is one of the major themes in "A Tale of Two Cities" too...along with "Recalled to life", Darkness and Light, & Social Justice.
shit just got deep.

That two punch combo by Bane is brutal. The fact that a few people who were at the NYC press screening have confirmed that Bane and Bat's first encounter will have *SPOILER ALERT* no music behind it is gonna make the scene a lot more powerful.

@antino. Of course the waterfall scene is gonna be their first. The bridge part Where Bane said "Mr. Wayne" is probably gonna be their second and the fight at City Hall is gonna be their last.
And I'm telling you, the shot from 2:24-2:30 is gonna be the last scene we see in the film. If not, then I don't know what is.

@Dragon theShape and Scoop from SHH, who were in attendance at the NYC press screening, have bluntly confirmed that the final scene in the movie has not been shown in ANY of the previews.

The Brazilian critic who was in attendance at tonight's L.A. re-screening gave her very brief reaction and well, it looks like she likes it A LOT more than Avengers(which is a movie really liked)

She also said that TDK is better, but TDKR is on-par. However, she says it isn't better than Nolan's Inception.

@PH she said TDKR is very close to TDK, but still not better(in her opinion).
And @Steping I'll give you my email to see what she spoiled cause I translated her tweets and I'm not seeing anything spoiler-ish. Unless I missed something.

Every story demands a great ending. I can't wait for this movie, and I hope Joss Whedon decides to stay on with Marvel so he can do for them what Nolan has done for Batman.

Excellent DKR news today I guesss the embargo has been lifted on the interviews and such, and IDK I was under the impression that Bane and Batman only fought twice, I guess we'll see soon enough... so stoked to see exactly how Batman Rises to the occasion to defeat Bane

@Ridiculous yes! Whedon could be the Chris Nolan of Marvel Studios if he stays.
@AsianVersionOfET it's basically a shorter version of the 13 featurette, but there's some really cool new footage and pics.

i have no idea how they're going to top the avengers. the first is soooo great that a sequel really needs to blow minds. i hope marvel doesn't drop the ball and that they stay consistent in giving it a good sequel. thats why nolan kicks ass, he stays consistent. bb was good, tdk was amazing and hearing all these reviews, tdkr seems like it will be legendary.

While we're on the subject of TDKR, I am beyond excited to see the ending of this film. From the reports so far, it has an unbelievable last 15-20 minutes and has an incredible ending. Thankfully, from theShape and Scoop from SHH that saw the film at the NYC press screening, the final scene has not appeared in any footage that we have seen so far so it's anyone's guess at this point.

@SirWinsalot
those guys you mentioned deep down that this movie will be epic, ever since nolan confirmed he was going to make it almost 2 years ago now.
They just come on this to annoy us, to put doubts in our minds and in some cases it worked but now that the movie is almost here, watch that latest featurette just confirm what l believed all along that the dark knight rises will be the epic movie l belived it to be and l'm sure you and everyone else believes this also.
Let the grifs, intruders etc post their crap, it does not matter anymore what they say.

That scene with Blake and Gordon in the cop car looks good. I get a big No Man's Land vibe when hearing the dialogue in that scene.
"People of Gotham. We have not abandoned you."
"What's that mean?"
"It means we're own our own".
