Making Of The Hardshell Green Goblin Mask For Sam Raimi's SPIDER-MAN
Amalgamated Dynamics Incorporated has just released their third behind-the-scenes video featuring the making of the Green Goblin mask for Sam Raimi's Spider-Man. This video focuses on the design for the hardshell mask that Willem Dafoe wore in the film.

Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc. was presented with the challenge of creating Spidey's most iconic villain, the Green Goblin, for Sam Raimi's Spider-Man (2002). They tried a couple different approaches, one a radical animatronic/makeup hybrid, which we've seen two test reels of, and the other was a hardshell mask. That version would of course make the final cut, and now you can view the intricate sculpting that went into it. Beat that Andrew Garfield and your digital Goomba... I mean Lizard.
