Can't wait for season 2. The plan is to bring in an older Bruce Wayne, correct? I thought I read that They are going to age him a few years every season

awesome show,cant wait for 2nd season!

I really wanted to watch enjoy this show, but it's just not interesting. There are too many unlikeable characters, ridiculous sub-plots, and pieces of fan service that only serve to hint at hoe much better this show could've been. Unnecessary references do not make it a good show.

@JoeMomma29 Stating that the show has high ratings doesn't tell anything to it's quality or mean anything to those who dislike the show, similar to how box office doesn't have any bearing on a movie's quality.

Its really not a very good show. Its entertaining in bits but its just scattered, the characters save for a couple arent very engaging and the dialogue is straight up bad sometimes. Agents of SHield sucked for a while too but it got progressively better and was a very solid show by the end of its first season. Gotham hasnt progressed enough IMO

It's an awful show. It started out great but it's wayy too over the top and poorly acted. Definitely the weakest compared to flash AoS and Arrow.

I am not sure where you were at when they announced this show but the majority of the people on this site did not give it chance.

We have to "act" like we hate it or FOX will take it off the air! We're lucky we got a "full" Season One.

@GizmoEl Yet Gotham has more viewers than AOS and might as well say Arrow...

@MyNameIsKhan Arrow Gotham and AoS as well as Flash are all comicbook based TV Shows. They're also the ones I watch so I can give my opinion on them (I don't watch Constantine or I'd include that too). The CW generally has less viewers than any other network, so what is great for them is cancellation worthy for other networks. Viewers don't really translate to quality though most of the time. AoS lost a lot of potential viewers during their weaker moments in the first season. It has really been outdoing itself in terms of material ever since the middle of last year though!

Arrow, IMO, dipped in quality. I think if I were to rank the TV Shows I mentioned, it'd be Flash, then AoS, Arrow, and Gotham is at the bottom no contest. Now that isn't to say there aren't good things about Gotham. Gordon is pretty likable, and Bullock is fun. I like Leslie, but everyone else is just plain bad. Barbara is a million times worse than whiny Laurel ever was, Fish should've been one of the most engaging parts of the show but she is just.. so.. overacted its ridiculous. Like I literally stopped watching the series during one of her scenes because she was just so laughibly bad. I love Jada, but it's def a good thing she won't be coming back to this show.. it wasn't doing her any favors. Penguin started out as really great and intriguing, but it's just the same thing over again and it's only the first season. I like Alfred! Bruce is kind of whatever.

@GizmoEl Fish won't be in season 2-which is a good thing for the show. Arrow is just too Nolan influenced for my liking.
