Bruce Willis as Nick Fury
Nick Fury is one of the best strategists of the Marvel Universe. While the WWII veteran is adept at directing espionage missions, he has been more than willing to join his forces on the front lines.
Jessica battled Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D., until Jessica learned HYDRA's true nature. She quit HYDRA and turned on them.
Jason Statham as Taskmaster
A villain of the Avengers with the ability to copy the physical characteristics of anyone he observes. He has used these skills as a teacher to many super villains and henchmen, and some heroes.
Jessica was trained and mentored by Taskmaster, who schooled her in many martial disciplines and more than seven different fighting styles out of his own "arsenal".
Jack Davenport as Jerry Hunt
Jerry Hunt is an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D stationed in London. After encountering Spider-Woman, he followed her to Los Angeles, where they became romantically involved.
Bret Harrison as Spider-Man
As a teenager, Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider granting him spider-like super-powers. After the death of his Uncle Ben, a death he could have prevented, Peter learned that with great power comes great responsibility and vowed to never let another innocent get hurt, fighting crime as Spider-Man.
In Jessica’s first meeting with Spider-Man, he advised her to use her unique talents to help others in need. Jessica chose to heed his advice and become a bounty hunter.
Christian Camargo as Scotty McDowell
Scotty McDowell was a wheel-chair bound criminologist, who assisted Spider-Woman on her private investigative cases.
Lauren Ambrose as Lindsay McCabe
Lindsay McCabe is a close friend of Jessica’s. She later became her new partner and a detective in her own right. The two spent some time in Madripoor, maintaining a friendly relationship with Wolverine.
Adam Baldwin as Patch/Wolverine
Wolverine is a mutant turned into the ultimate weapon through the Weapon X program. He found a higher purpose when he joined the X-Men.
Whilst in Madripoor, Jessica became an ally and confidante of Patch (an alter-ego of Wolverine)
joshw24: Though I really like Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, I really think that Baldwin would portray a version of the character much closer to the one in current comic books. He has the right voice, look and intense stare that I think the actor portraying Logan should have! There’s been many times when I’ve watched him as the hard ass John Casey in Chuck that I’ve expected him to finish a sentence with Wolverine’s trademark “bub”!
Mekhi Phifer as Archie Corrigan
He is a friend of Patch and is a pilot. He owns and operates South Seas Skyways, of which he was the entire company.
He helped Jessica return to San Francisco, where she worked to sort out her life.

Angelina Jolie as Madam Hydra/Viper
The former Madame Hydra once claimed that reveals that she was the mother of Jessica Drew. It was later revealed that Viper’s memories were false
HYDRA
HYDRA is a worldwide subversive organization dedicated to global domination. At its height, HYDRA was the most extensive, powerful, and dangerous such organization in history.
