FBP: Federal Bureau of Physics is an American comic book series by Simon Oliver and Robbi Rodriguez, distributed by Vertigo Comics. FBP imagines a world where disturbances in the laws of physics are as common as weather, and necessitate forecasts about wormhole locations, momentary gravity losses, and entropy reversals. With much fanfare, the government creates a new bureaucratic organization to deal with quantum disturbances, the Federal Bureau of Physics. The story follows special agent Adam Hardy as he deals with internal departmental battles and increasingly dangerous and radical quantum disasters.

Warner Bros. are developing a film verison of FBP with Justin Marks penning the script and David S. Goyer and Nellie Reed producing. What are your thoughts on this Project?

And...cue the Goyer hate...

Seriously though if he is a producer and helping bring smaller DC titles to the big screen, where's the foul in that?

This could make for a pretty cool small budget film series. Sounds something like a Men in Black type deal, but cooler...if that's possible lol
ALegendaryPanda - 4/9/2014, 2:48 PM
I have NO idea what this is! But okay.
Moohika - 4/9/2014, 2:48 PM
I've never read this one but the concept sounds very interesting, I might just have to check it out.

Some of you are a bunch of idiots. Goyer is PRODUCING, not writing. Not directing. Lay off the hate lol.
AlexanderLykins - 4/9/2014, 2:54 PM
Sounds interesting.

@Moohika

I just feel like he takes credit for more than he should. Jonathan Nolan is the true masterming behind the TDK franchise, hell he might even be better than Chris himself!

Goyer literally copying and pasting the story from Batman Begins and merging it with Superman should've been enough for any film fan to want him out of the DCCU.

Also, I'd have no issue with this project had I not googled the new writer's recent work.

The comic itself looks pretty interesting, reminds me of an old gem I used to own

Lol @ MARV :P

Well sounds cool enough, not read it either. I just hope it don't turn into another THE LOSERS movie.

It depends on how good the story is for me, even though we've been anticipating much bigger projects than this over the years.
BatManHeisenberg - 4/9/2014, 6:10 PM
Can't they just do something amazing and big?
BatManHeisenberg - 4/9/2014, 6:10 PM
Like JL or SOMETHING?
Enphlieuwince - 4/9/2014, 6:16 PM
Guess you DC only guys can't complain about GoTG coming before more popular heroes. This is out there, and, will it even connect to their cinematic universe? Either way, bring it...
Klone - 4/9/2014, 6:21 PM
Sounds interesting. Look trippy lol.

Sounds like something done in a sci fi directors hand could be epic,I might be a Nolanite but this sounds like a perfect device in a NOLAN film..
