Below are a few portions of the full interview (which is linked below):

A bit of thoughts by Wilkinson on working with Directors:

"I feel like whenever I work with a different director there’s something I learn..."

"I could say the same thing about Zack Snyder.  There’s a sense of trust that he has when we work together that builds a confidence in me and allows me to develop my ideas.  With each director you learn something new and the combination of all those new things help you to grow as a costume designer."

Wilkinson's process of Costume Design on Watchmen (2009) and the upcoming, tentatively titled Batman Vs Superman (2016):

“I feel like the process is similar. We dive into the source material and make sure that we have a firm knowledge of that.  We make sure that we’re respecting the source material but then at the same time trust our intuition and imagination to take us into interesting areas. "

The interview also included a bit about Batman Vs Superman's  Production Designer, Patrick Tatopoulos (Dark City, Underworld: Evolution, Total Recall) :

“I’m pleased to work with Patrick,” remarks Michael Wilkinson.  “He has so much creative energy and wonderful ideas.”

typicalfanboy - 4/16/2014, 9:01 PM
i like it honestly. we ruin everything by trying to find out everything about these movies. now they have a way to control leaks. i miss the surprise. fans need to take it down a notch.
Praetorian - 4/16/2014, 9:48 PM
Is it weird that we still don't have a title for this thing? Just call it Man of Tomorrow, or Man of Steel: World's Finest
KidGoku - 4/16/2014, 10:03 PM
The Watchmen costumes are definitely the best costumes in a CBM next to The Amazing Spider-Man 2 & Man of Steel
Prime - 4/16/2014, 10:14 PM
I leave man of Tommorow for a solo Superman movie.
Spock0Clock - 4/17/2014, 2:43 AM
World's Finest is such a great title, considering WB generally does the "don't put the name of the character in the title" thing. It is also a very inclusive title, as it's not just Superman and Batman, but also Wonder Woman and maybe even more. They're all the "World's Finest".

Classy and straightfoward and awesome... which is why it's probably going to be: Man of Steel 2: The Knight Rises from Darkness.
SaxoWolf - 4/17/2014, 2:46 AM

the suits Wilkinson, show the suits..
loki668 - 4/17/2014, 3:49 AM
He'll probably announce that he's going to "tease" one of the suits and then show us one of Bruce Wayne's designer suits. And then they'll laugh and laugh! Until I burn his house down, that is :(
SuperCat - 4/17/2014, 3:53 AM
Dude is a great costume designer. But I can't take the wait much longer. Show us something!!

Nubase - 4/17/2014, 3:56 AM
the suits will come people but it will only happen when the batman suit or wonder womens suit is shooting outside then they will release a official pic to prevent leaks, they did the same with supermans suit with the bank vault then the next day they were set pics of him on the street which turned out to be the battle of smallville in MOS

This movie comes out in 2016, WB/DC will hold a lot of things back till at least the end of summer
DrunkenNukem - 4/17/2014, 5:59 AM
Those Watchmen costumes were great
Brainiac13 - 4/17/2014, 5:59 AM
@SuperCat

LOL!

Me too.
Klone - 4/17/2014, 6:02 AM
Man of Steel Part 2: Batman Vs. Superman in the Darkness as the Dark Knight Rises from the Night's Darkness to fight the Dark Soul within the Dark's Darkness.
sinsear912 - 4/17/2014, 11:06 PM
MAK that title needs more dark
theartofoneness - 5/14/2014, 11:54 AM
